This has reference to our discussion we take this privilege to submit USS details, para wise
of our capabilities, qualifications for fulfilling the various desires.
SIS has a network of 220 Branches and 16 Regional Offices for rendering quality services to
our esteemed Customers.
SIS has an employee base of 73226 for whom PF was deposited during the year FY1415 as
supported by our annual return.
SIS has a premier position in India and is having reach experience in these field
SIS is single Security agency in the industry to have PSARA License in 24 State in India
Which itself is USP for the Company.
SIS has been appreciated by Service Tax Department Government of India for 100 %
Compliant Company.
SIS has its registered office in Bihar hence statutory payments relating to Provident Fund
and Income Tax are all deposited in Bihar.
SIS is run by a highly qualified & professional Board of Directors. The details of the Directors

2. Quality of personnel
SIS has the best quality manpower due its stringent recruitment norms and its training
quality.
SIS has 16 Training establishments spread out over the country. Their locations and
capacity is given.
Graduate Trainee Officers & Fire Officers are trained in our premium academies located
at.
All academies are fully residential having barrack & messing facilities for the personnel
and are also having lecture rooms, library, training aids like computers, slide projectors,
charts and study material.

7. Supervision & Inspection: SIS is having different steps in order to ensure service
excellence being provided to its esteemed customers which are as under
(a ) Daily Operational Rota: SIS Branch Head prepare Daily Operational Rota through
it they assign task and brief them about point to be checked for their designated units to AM
(Operation),Area officer and Unit Commander
(b) Khairiate Report : Khairiate report from the units is an important feedback to all
branch head for improvement of Service .Branch head/Control Room take daily Kairiate
report from all the unit commander in the specify format .Branch head take action on the
same on the point given by unit commander.
(c) Unit Inspection: SIS Branch Manager/Manager Operation carry out unit inspection all
the units having deployment of more than 10 security personnel once in a month. During
the inspection operation, inspection, turn out, level of training and barrack to include living
condition .
(d) Monthly Branch Report : To enable regional head to monitor business operations
branch head report to regional office on the business conduction. Regional Head analyze
operation of each branch and ensure corrective measures
(e) Client Co-ordination Report: SIS is having standard format of Client Coordination in
which Branch Head, Manager (Operation),Area Officer and Unit Commander suppose to take
feedback regarding quality of service being rendered to the customer same report goes to
regional office for the customer wise analysis and implementation of corrective action.

7. Offering Value for money services : For any reputed organization like yours, it is
essential to comply with all statutory obligations. You will be glad to know that in over 30
years of service, there is not even a single case of non-compliance of statutory norms like
Minimum wage, PF, ESI, gratuity etc against SIS.
8 Emergency Services: SIS will support in any emergency services at short notice of 48
Hrs as we are having expertise as under:
Tata Motors Singur: We had deployed 300 security personnel at the short notice of 48 hrs
in the very adverse situation like agitation of one lakh local people who were politically
influence.
BIHAR PUL NIRMAN NIGAM: We had deployed 40 security personnel at the short notice of 4
Hrs.
State Bank of India: We have deployed security personnel at all the State Bank of India
ATMS.
Idea Cellular Limited :We have deployed Security Guard to all the tower of Idea Cellular
which are scattered in all Bihar.
