Intended Learning Outcomes of Lesson:


• Explain and understand the practical implications of the Expectancy Theory model
• Describe the characteristics of effective goal setting and feedback
• Summarise and understand equity theory
Teaching or Learning Issues:
• This is the second part of motivation
• There will be a writing guide for the assignment on BB hopefully by tomorrow pm
• It may be a good time to get some feedback from the students
