In this website, it thoroughly explained what neurological disorders are and how they

affect younger children. A neurological disorder starts off within the nervous system. The

nervous system consists of the brain, nerves, and the spinal cord. Neurological disorders

can develop in children during pregnancy or develop throughout childhood. Some

common neurological disorders in children are autism, cerebral palsy, deficit

hyperactivity, and traumatic brain injuries. Neurological disorders also play a role while

a child is at school. It can affect them tremendously by causing them to have constant

supervision. Also, their communication and learning abilities may lack. They also may

undergo multiple surgeries throughout the years. This source may change or alter the

outlook of neurological disorders by seeing that it is a lot more serious than one may

think it is. The website is valuable because of how informative it is about these disorders

and how it can restrict a child's interest.

 In this book, it explains that world public health for not only children but older people

with neurological disorders is critical. It also gives readers a vivid picture of what the

world looks like to them and how they think. This book consists of statistics, predictions

of what neurological disorders will be like in the future and if it will change. Also, it tells

readers how you can prevent these complications from occurring and the consequences.

This source is very valuable because it allows readers to picture what the world is like in

their mind. Which will give everyone a better understanding of knowing how

neurological disorders actually affect the human mind. This book may change your

outlook by realizing how much these disorders really burden children and should make

you understand that scientists need to find a cure for each type of neurological disorder as

soon as possible.

In this scholarly journal article, it is educating the public by giving exact symptoms and

definitions of multiple types of neurological disorders that are common in children. Some

of the disorders that were listed in the journal were epilepsy and autism. Having seizures

is the core of having epilepsy. Autism is a condition that can cause a child to have

repetitive behavior and impaired social interactions. Also, it gave examples of what

causes neurological disorders. For example, perinatal strokes are brain blood vessels that

are focal diseases that can lead to an injury to the brain during pregnancy or the newborn

period. The journal will also tell readers of how neurological disorders are diagnosed and
 the types of medicines that will be needed. This scholarly article is very valuable because

of how much it can really educate anybody by even just scanning through it. By reading

thoroughly, it can change your perspective by giving you a fuller understanding.

In this newspaper article, it describes to readers about how taking a drug found in

zebrafish model in children with epilepsy will have promising results. Scientists are

describing this as the "aquarium-to-bedside" method. The National Institute of

Neurological Disorders is supporting this study. These findings may now be possible to

treat neurological disorders that are caused by genetic mutations and Scientists are now a

step closer to finding a cure. In the article, it says that this is the first time that scientists

have used a fish model for therapy. While reading the article, a reader may realize how

valuable it is. It is valuable because it is giving families that have or know someone that

suffers from a neurological disorder hope. The newspaper article may change your

outlook and perspective on these disorders by making you aware that scientists are still

working hard to find a cure.

In this YouTube video, a doctor explains the importance for a child to be at a hospital that

has a pediatric neurologist. If the hospital does not have one, the child needs to be sent to

a hospital that does have one. Sometimes neurological disorders can affect a child's
natural development, and that is why early diagnosis is critical. Each neurological

disorder has different treatments. Some symptoms that parents need to be on the lookout

for in their children are chronic headaches, migraines, numbness, unresponsiveness, and

seizures. This video is valuable mainly to parents because it can have them on the

constant lookout and make them realize that symptoms like those listed previously are

not okay. A parent should never let a doctor send them home with no real answer. The

YouTube video will change your outlook and perspective by making you really want to

observe your children and their behavior.
