DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
2. Attitude to learn new concepts in LED industry.
3. Knowledge of LED, CFL & HID technologies.
4. Ability to work in a team.
5. Basic knowledge of Electronic Components.
6. Basic Knowledge of Circuits.
7. Flexibility to work in shifts and 24*7 emergency supports.

PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

B.E. ECE and EEE.

ELIGIBILITY:
Candidates should not have any standing arrears (should have cleared all the pending arrears
within their academic period) and with at least 60% of marks in SSLC, HSC, UG & PG.

JOB TYPE: After Course Completion.

JOB LOCATION: MEPZ, Chennai.

CTC (COSTTOCOMPANY) DETAILS:
1,20,000 CTC Per Annum i.e. Rs.10, 000 Per Month (8-Hour Shift)

Note: Once the employee completes 1 year with the company with not less than 85% attendance,
he is entitled for the EXPERIENCE LETTER.

The Candidate has to sign the Letter of Declaration for a period of 1 year.

INTERVIEW LEVELS OF SCREENING:

Level 1 - Basic Online Technical Screening (Basics of Electronics)
Level 2 - Face to Face Technical & HR Interview
Level 3 - On Field Training followed by HR Discussion.

Note:
i. The Levels of Screening might change as per the Client Requirement and the same will be
intimated to all Candidates before the start of the Placement Drive. The Company decision is final.
ii. The shortlisted students of Level 1 & 2 will be called to the company premises for a period of 7
days to undergo on-field training. During this training, the student will be taught about the work
nature, roles and responsibilities of the job nature and also will be given a hands-on practical
training. The student will be assessed during this training period. Finally, there will be a HR
discussion where the HR team will have a one-on-one discussion to assess the students attitude
and the amount of training he has taken.
