Termistores:

varios kilo - ohm.
Figura 3
Parmetros:
A /Lm.
estabilizan completamente.

DESARROLLO DE LA PRCTICA
I. TERMISTORES
II. L.D.R.

MZ7 TYPE THERMISTOR for Degaussing
FEATURES
Superior degaussing component of colour TV set and monitor.
Current-Limited unite in AC circuit.
DIMENSIONS
This is a basic degaussing circuit, if residual currents requested zero, this circuit usually a switch When necessary the switch is turned off.
Heating element (1) causes the resistance value of Element (2) to increase and make the stable current extremely small, Thus in many case.
The circuit is designed to be linked to the power switch so that degaussing is performed automatically when the power is turned on.
When excessing power is applied to the themistor,a large current flow momenarily, then the self-heating feature of the themistor causes the
resistance value to increase and the current value to decrease Thus, the thermistor controls degaussing function ideally.
MZ4 TYPE THERMISTOR for Auto-Control-heat
FEATURES
* Used as Auto Control Component on air conditioner, hot wind machine and Varies of heater
* Used as Auto Control Component on small heater, rolling hair machine, driving mosquito machine.
DIMENSIONS
Cds Photo Resistors - Token Passive Components
Cds photo resistors are thin film devices which resistance changes with change of the light falling on it as figure 1. The
specification provides the mechanical data, electronic characteristics and test conditions of Token photo resistors in terms of 5

3. Terminology:
1. Light Resistance: Measured at 10 lux with standard light A (2854K-color temperature) and 2hr. preillumination at 400-600
lux prior testing.
2. Dark Resistance : Measured at 10th seconds after closing 10 lux.
3. Gamma characteristic:
Under 10 lux and 100 lux and given by
=log(R10/R100)/ log(100/10)=log(R10/R100)
R10, R100: resistance at 10 lux and 100 lux. The tolerance of is 0.1.
4. Pmax: Max power dissipation at ambient temperature of 25C.At higher ambient temperature, the maximum power
permissible may be lowered.
5. Vmax: Max voltage in darkness that may be applied to the device continuously.
6. Spectral peak: Spectral sensitivity of photoresistors depends on the wavelength of light they are exposed to and in accordance
with fig 2. The tolerance of spectral peak is 50nm.
