Learning objective : To observe and recognise external features of animals.
Learning outcomes: At the end of the lesson pupils will be able to:
1) identify 3 external features from each of 3 animals based
on a story.
2) make a list of 3 external features from each of 4 animals
based on a jig saw puzzle.
Science process skill : Observe, classify, predict and communicate.
Thinking skill : Make a list, make a conclusion about external features
of animals.

Scientific attitudes
and values : Being cooperative in doing group work, appreciate animals,
be thankful to God, and responsible carrying out the tasks
given.

Teaching and learning


Resources : An animal song, one animal story, 4 pictures of
animals, notebook, LCD projector, mahjong paper and a
speaker.
