ASSIGNMENT 1 INTEGRATED FACILITIES PLAN FOR FIELD DEVELOPMENT

Consists of two (2) parts:


Part A and Part B. Full marks for each part is 5.
Total full marks for the assignment is 10.

PART A
Individual Assignment
Date line for submission: 14-Oct-2016, 5pm
Format of submission: Hardcopy and softcopy
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Students will do the assignment as per the Team assigned. Each Team consists of FIVE
(5) students.
2. There are FIVE (5) topics. Each member of a group will assume ONE (1) role. The
topic is based on the assigned role. All topics will be covered by each group.
3. Submit a report for the topic of your assigned role, e.g. if you are a HSE Engineer, your
report is on Operation philosophy, Health, Safety and Environment.
4. Write in your own words. Write short and clear sentences. Use tables to summarise
your findings. Use figure or sketch to illustrate your ideas.
5. Report length - Maximum FIVE (5) pages.
6. Quote & note your sources.
7. Do not copy and paste. Plagiarism reports with >30% similarity will get ZERO (0)
mark.
8. Font: Times New Roman, size: 12. Line spacing: 1.5.
9. Late submission one negative mark (-1) for each day delay.

PART B
Group Assignment.
Using materials from PART A.
During class on 26-Oct-2016 (to be confirmed), 8am - 10am (GROUP A), 11am 1pm
(GROUP B).
Instructions will be given later.
