George Brandt discovered Cobalt in Sweden.

No one knows who discovered Silver or where it was found.

Iridium (Group 9) is a silvery white color with a density of 22.56g/cm3

Used for Coins, Jewelry, and electrical wiring.

Gold was discovered in the royal tombs of the ancient civilization of Ur.

Aluminum(Group 13) is silver/white and has a density of 2.70g/cm3

Dissolves in hot concentrated sulphuric acid to form solutions containing the aquated
Cu(II) ion together with hydrogen gas.

No one knows who discovered Copper due to it being old. It is believed to be

discovered in Egypt.

Zinc (Group 12 ) is bluish white with a density of 7.14g/cm3

It was found by Axel Fredrik Cronstedt in Sweden.
