nationally assembled Task-force of American Patriots.

This Operation has been multifaceted in nature from the start and short of no surprises. The main effort
of the Task-Force being, to identify :POSTMASTER-GENERAL, :COMMANDER-AND-CHIEF,
:Russell-Jay: Gould, to the people of the united States of America, as the :CORRECT &: FACTUAL,
TRUE :COMMANDER-AND-CHIEF of the Country; the validity of which can be provided and
proven beyond 100% again, just as it was at the Michigan War-Trials. HE LAWFULLY HOLDS THE
POSITION, IT IS RECOGNIZED AND INTERNATIONALLY SUPPORTED BY THE LEGAL-
CONTRACT-DOCUMENTATION OF 82 NATIONS of TREATY. [THE UNITED NATIONS]

The Primary Mission Objective was to educate the Civilians on Patrol (COPS), to include the Sheriffs
Departments &: State Correctional Officers (Guns & Clubs), nation wide, concerning the history of
several separate frauds concurrently working in joint operation against the people of this nation in an
overall effort to surrender it and them back over to the Crown under guise of an illegally
perpetuated fraudulently contrived Bankruptcy..

Preliminary to the primary objective being successful, required the creation of a Report-Document that,
in effect, could be legally presented as an accurate, factual outline of the crime and fraud arraigned by
the perpetrators from its inception, to current date.

Secondary Objective was the basic reintroduction to grammar-syntax followed by the recognition of the
creation of the mathematical interface between Math & Grammar. - Wherewith the logical conclusion
and answer to CORRECTING the horrible fraud reigned against the people, would effortlessly dovetail
into the understanding for how the global accomplishments of :COMMANDER-AND-CHIEF :Russell-
Jay: Gould, had been achieved. Therefore, manifesting the intellectual recognition required for each
individuals sovereign self acknowledgment of :Russells accomplishments, validating the truth of his
claims, and vindicating the people of their doubts.

With that said, this opportunity was by no means expected to develop as a result of my meeting with
:COMMANDER :Russell-Jay: Gould. The original purpose of our contact actually revolved around my
exploring re-entry into the Military Corporation under the terms and conditions of a private contract
that could potentially be presented for consideration with that re-entry.
However, after meeting with him, a 12 hour briefing ensued on the spot, and talk of creating a private
military contract for any re-entry on my end was off the table. The briefing really didnt come as some
huge shock because I already had a good idea about what he he done, but it was now more than
evident who it was that I stood in the presence of. My first question was, why did the nation not know
that he is the TRUE Commander &: Chief? His response to that was, due to the fact that there was no-
time, other than to react to stop the NWO takeover, it was therefore to their great detriment, overlooked
in the scheme of things.

More so, to his great surprise and more interestingly, :COMMANDER: Gould, was under the false
impression /misunderstanding, that the King of Great Britain and the NWO [Bush Cabal] were going to
be pleased with his having stopped their 200 year-old warfare objective to surrender &: capture, the
united States of America back over and into the hands of the NWO/Crown.

Since having then stopped their illegal surrender and takeover of this nation, on 2 NOV 1999, he has
since further correctly re-opened the original Post Office of Benjamin Franklin in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania; to become the FACTUAL successor and new :CORRECT, :POSTMASTER-GENERAL
for the ORIGINAL-GOVERNMENT of, the united States of America. [and much more]

After hearing all of this, I wanted to do all that I could to help and was subsequently tasked with the
opportunity. The mission was to Report the ENTIRE HISTORY of the CONTRACT BANKING
FRAUD committed by the Crown and the Banks against the people of the united States. Further, I was
to then present that Report Nationally to every Authority, as a VALIDATED LEGAL OUTLINE of this
Systems fraudulent acts against us, and ultimately, present critical facts that are legally undeniable
to the Nations MILITARY, that support his LAWFUL Recognition and LEGAL Standing as
:POSTMASTER-GENERAL &: COMMANDER-AND-CHIEF, of the nation.

The mission was not impossible, and its success was more than assured, once the US SPECIAL
FORCES were made aware of the facts. Not to mention, the truth of this story warranted my services
and it was my duty to alert them to this information; as the magnitude of this entire matter more than
demands the recognition of the entire, US SPECIAL OPPERATIONS COMMUNITY.

As a behavioral change warfare specialist, not a Legal Historian, the overall objective to provide the
Legal Report outlining the fraud was obviously out of my area of expertise. But one of my many
specialties is also collecting as well as disseminated information.

The first objective: - Locate someone chronicling this information, quickly led me right to Common
Law Judge :Anna-Von :Reitz, of Big Lakes, Alaska.

Her Historical Reporting (that began a year prior to all of this) by the grace of GOD, brought forth the
precise information that was required to demonstrate the continued level of fraud as originally set into
motion by the Cabal against the united States of America in the name of Personage, Barratry, Coercion,
Racketeering, and Breach of Trust, etc,.. that is still being conducted today; and points straight up the
chain of command through several authorizing locations, where following those signatures, it is
approved in conjunction by the power & authority allocated solely to the individual holding the Pen
and the Phone, in the White House.

LEGAL FACTS REVEAL: the United States inc. / UNITED STATES INC.,.. A Private Corporation
operating out of the District of Columbia, providing and overseeing Federal Postal Services and more
for this country, was Legally Dissolved and replaced by :THE UNITY-STATES OF OUR WORLD-
CORPORATION in 1999 as the British Corporation Lawfully Vacated its position as Postmaster
General (USPS) and CLOSED THE POST OFFICE in DC DOWN; ending and dissolving any and all
Commercial Ties created between themselves and the actual the united States of America. [50 States]

This took place in relation to an inescapable truth and several facts surrounding the International
Banking Time Lines set into place long before; wherewith the USA inc., lost continuance in its
contract-time-lines as the Post Office (USPS) for this country and with that, were NON-COMPLIANT
with: U.S. TITLE-39 (sec. 101, sub-sec a. b.) All Post-Offices must have a valid Constitution on
file. - As with the 2 NOV 1999 close of the Post Office in DC by Great Britain, the US Constitution
which is a Contract-Treaty between Great Britain and the 50 States legally dissolved and is no
longer a legal nor lawful valid Contract-Treaty-Document of any kind, and furthermore all aspects of
that Contract, in association with Great Britain, either attached to, or contained within, were duly
suspended and thereby dissolved; and have been since that time.

This should have stopped the Presidential Elections Process on 2 NOV 1999 right in its tracks, because
the 50 States no longer required a middle-man (President) between themselves and Great Britain.
Furthermore, for the simple FACT that the British Corporation had to vacate and surrender its location
physically, wherewith it was legally and lawfully replaced by a new POSTMASTER-GENERAL.
Which with their replacement by the new POSTMASTER-GENERAL alone, severed any standing they
claim to have once had at that location.

This very vital piece of intelligence is the main reason that this mission was accepted and conducted.
Armed with this knowledge alone, demonstrates the fact that for 17 years running, the people of this
entire nation have been under the attack of a foreign power that REFUSES to relinquish Command and
Control of the nation AND ITS MILITARY back over into the hands of the people and their TRUE
:COMMANDER-AND-CHIEF.

And all of which has continued well beyond 2 NOV 1999, due to the fact that the NEW
POSTMASTER-GENERAL of the United States, DOES NOT have an ARMY AT HIS BACK, to
defend the American people from this faction, and to this day, still does not.

That is why this nation is currently under attack and it will remain under attack UNTIL THE
MILITARY RECOGNIZE :COMMANDER: Russell-Jay: Gould, and takes FULL NOTICE of what it
is that he HAS LONG SINCE ACCOMPLISHED in 1999 to set everyone free from all of the sorcery
and corruption associated with this illegitimate Government System and its hoard of despots!.

TASK-FORCE SHEEPDOG was assembled by myself in an effort to Report the entire history of the
Contract-Banking Fraud (as detailed by Judge :Anna-Von: Reitz) to the Military and to every last level
of Civil Authority and Law Enforcement in the Country. More specifically, the Police Departments,
from the State down; including the Department of Corrections &: every last Sheriff and Deputy across
the entire Godforsaken Nation until everyone had received and comprehended it.

The outcome of that endeavor, was to spur the public outcry and prayers to address this fraud and fix it,
into such a frenzy, that when the TRUTH of who :COMMANDER :Russell-Jay: Gould is, was
presented to them, and they could SEE FOR THEMSELVES that he has disqualified and dissolved all
of the Fraud from A to Z crushed the Cabal, and has further, re-established the CHURCH OF GOD,
[Bride of Christ] from the ground up IN THE TRUTH OF THE WORD OF GOD, and brought the
corruption within the Government of the united States of America, to an end. It was, and has been
MY GREAT HOPE, that the people of my country would come to know that their prayers to GOD were
answered, and not just by anyone; but by the right one. The one that they would come to know as
their rightful Nations Leader.

THAT, was the plan. And by 2016, it seemed that the dissemination of the Educational Report (Titled-
THE ASSESSMENT) - outlining the Fraud conducted against this nation and its people by the
Global Banking Cabal, had somewhat run its course. The Individual Reports by Judge Anna-Von:
Reitz, contained within THE ASSESSMENT, detailing the fraud, were Officially Filed with THE
JOINT CHIEFS of STAFF, the US MARSHALS, the PROVOST MARSHAL, FBI, and many more
Agencies and Departments around the world.

I have no idea how far the Reports went in the Civil Law Enforcement Sector, nor do I know to whom
they all went globally; but the response in relation to their content, as received by over a Million within
6 months, has been absolutely phenomenal, and 100% positive. Most had NO IDEA how any of the
fraud had even begun, nor how far the criminality went; and until they had read that report, had no clue
how it continued to illegally operate right in front of all of our - LOST AT SEA - faces. Not to
mention how it had continually gotten worse.

So, our endeavor has been to educate the public at large TO INCLUDE THE MILITARY - to the
FACT that they have been used by a criminal syndicate to initiate one of the greatest global frauds ever
conducted on Planet Earth, in all of criminal history. With the overall outcome of that education process
being the FULL, LAWFUL RECOGNITION of :POSTMASTER-GENERAL- :Russell-Jay: Gould, as
this Nations TRUE, :COMMANDER &: CHIEF.

We are doing this because THE JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF, REFUSE to tell you! The Joint Chiefs of
Staff ARE ALL JESUITS. That means that they owe their allegiance to the Vatican. And if they did not
owe their allegiance to the Vatican, the Banks, and therefore THE CROWN, they would have already
TOLD YOU, - :Russell-Jay: Gould, IS THE Nations TRUE, :COMMANDER &: CHIEF, As they
know it to be 100% Factual and by GOD Almighty, True. and they should stand ashamed.

In total, there have been 3 Reports released into the public sector in an all out effort to educate
everyone whos searching for this information. All of the information compiled in those 3 Reports was
gathered over many years and from all over the public sector so that it could be more readily located
and referred to in one massive report style document/desk reference.

The First was the RED FLAG REPORT. This report contained a massive amount of work
conducted/compiled by Dr. John Coleman; as taken by him from either the John Burch Society, or the
LA ROUCHE PAC. That information has never been refuted and contains the 21 GOALS of The
Illuminati/COMMITTEE of 300 that in my professional opinion, EVERYONE NEEDS TO SEE.
The GOALS include and outline, Ending National US Sovereignty, the Destruction of Christianity,
and Planned Depopulation to name a few. (However, the NSA Law Suit contained within the Report
is questionable. SF has suggested that it is partially a fraud.)

The Second Report was a 218-pg document titled, THE ASSESSMENT. This document is the
EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENT that contained the historical outline of the Contract-Banking Fraud,
Breach of Trust, etc, etc.. conducted against every last person in this nation by the CABAL since this
country was founded and much more. This document also contains the war-traffic between IMF
Chief Legal Council and Judge Anna Von Reitz regarding the return of American Gold. This traffic
contains a unique insight to the thoughts of the IMF Council and even more so, a no-shit assessment of
the situation articulated by Judge Reitz, from more of a common sense, in your face, point of view.

The Third Report, Titled: OPERATION EDUCATION (OP ED) is the only document of its kind in
the world. It is also the first report to ever be created for the US Military Special Operations
Community as well as the people of the united States of America; wherewith it was released to both
sectors, almost simultaneously in, DEC 2016.

OPERATION EDUCATION is the most astounding report ever released on the largest breach of global
security ever documented in the last 8,500 years. The Breach was conducted by an American Patriot
(Christian) named, :FEDERAL-POSTAL-JUDGE: Russell-Jay: Gould and his Global Corporate
Partner, :FEDERAL-POSTAL-JUDGE: David-Wynn: Miller.

The initial breach was accomplished by breaking the Mathematical Interface between Math and
Grammar 6 APR 1988, and was Classified/Restricted at the highest levels for reasons that are still too
sensitive to get into and completely reveal.

The long range implications of this entire matter have already been fully realized and made manifest at
the highest possible positions & locations within all realms and their associated Kingdoms, holding fast
to that, under which every Crown, is subject to.

OPERATION EDUCATION (OP-ED) is an investigative report that details the now successful
GLOBAL WARFARE OPERATION that was conducted by 2-MEN from the united States of America
in their endeavor to destroy the Worlds most corrupt and Evil Empire; and they have literally
accomplished exactly that. (no pun intended)

IN all actuality, the Overall Mission Parameters required 2-Men to achieve the multiple objectives
desired to be considered successful. However, only 1-Man was actually FULLY ENGAGED in the
Global Warfare Operation in the Teams combined effort to destroy the N.W.O. and defeat the Global
Banking Cabal. :FEDERAL-POSTAL-JUDGE :David-Wynn: Miller, is NOT Authorized on those
Contracts, maintains no Executive Authority, and only holds joinder as witness.

:Russell-Jay: Gould, is the only Man in the chronicled history of this EPOCH on Planet Earth - to not
only Victoriously Destroy the N.W.O. and its Lucifarian Criminal Banking Cabal but he is the only 1-
Man to singlehandedly take down a Global Empire without an Army at his back. This was
accomplished by disqualifying the very premise upon which its fraudulent recognition in relation to
every aspect of its nonsensical illegally substantiated illusionary existence was anchored. By the
WORD of GOD, it was pronounced desolate.

Not only did he take down an entire Empire, that is Global in its size, scope of operations, and dynamic
nature, but he then turned around after dissolving it corrected its corrupted internal mechanics and
despotic global functions, laying waste to its wicked system, and flawlessly re-established it, for the
people of the World to properly use, where it is protected and free from the very corruption they were
once forced to live, and Tyrannically exist under.

The magnitude of this Victory, when fully examined to consider the intellectual all encompassing
dynamic scope of comprehension required to engage ones self in the depths of complexities associated
with the hidden functions and Global Mechanics attached to the Tactical Command & Control of this
Planet, are staggering; to say the least. And the FACT, that 1-Man took the whole thing down AND
FURTHER replaced it with an identical Global System mathematically based in truth and correctness
that is now superior to the former in every facet of its existence, is absolutely astounding, if not
phenomenal, and furthermore an act of GOD. (which is more precisely what it was)

Now, what remains,.. and what we are all now beginning to witness take place in America, is the
changing of the Guard; and that is because this Nations Prayers to GOD, have been answered. But not
completely not yet. But I can assure you,.. the blessing is still coming.

Make NO MISTAKE, :COMMANDER- :Gould, did not destroy the 3 Ring System of American
Government. Nor did he destroy the American jobs existing at those locations here in the US, and/or
Globally for that matter. The Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches that constitute the righteous
system of Checks and Balances here in this Country, that keep the potential for unprescribed powers
from taking the initiative to present a threat where the initiative never had the Authorization to begin
with, are still in place and very much enforceable by the United States Navy.

HOWEVER, the only thing that HAS changed, IS THE LANGUAGE/GRAMMAR, THAT WILL
NOW BE USED TO RE-CONSTITUTE EVERY LAST ASPECT of THE ORIGINAL
GOVERNMENT; of the People, by the People, for the People!! - of the united States of America.

THE UNITED STATES NAVY IS THE ONLY MILITARY CONTINGENCY of THIS NATION that
IMMEDIATELY SIGNED A CONTRACT-TREATY with :COMMANDER :Gould, and is further THE
ONLY CONTINGENCY of the US MILITARY that IS PROPERLY MUSTERED UNDER THE

ALL THE TIME. In this way, Contracts of ANY KIND, can be drawn up/created between (2) Two or
more entities, IN TRUTH; whereby, What it meant, or What it was supposed to mean, either in
the past or the future, have no bearing and/or relevance, therefore possess no position from whence to
later formulate an opportunity to base or substantiate an opinion to promulgate an argument upon.

Every day, babies are born in hospitals and are "registered" as chattel belonging to privately owned
and operated corporations masquerading as our government. These corporations patent and trademark
our bodies and our names and create "citizens" [illusions] for themselves that they ultimately control as
slaves. This practice of "enslavement by proxy" is no less repugnant than physical enslavement and it
has the same results.

THIS IS CALLED - SOUL CATCHING; I call it sorcery.

They have accomplished this by obtaining undisclosed contracts under conditions of coercion and
misrepresentation and by blatant fraud upon the probate courts and falsification of the civil records.
They have had each one of us declared "legally dead"---- "Missing, presumed lost at sea"---and have
seized upon our estates as they have presumed themselves as secondary beneficiaries. This legal
chicanery has been assisted and expedited by a few evil politicians who literally conspired to sell their
countrymen into slavery for profit. They seize upon our property by presuming that it is "abandoned".

50% book of ISAIAH, is GOD chewing man out for creating contracts made to take advantage of
other men. They have gone backward!

The other 50% of the book of ISAIAH, is GOD giving praises and blessings for using his WORD (the
system He gave to the 7th Angel) to bless & thereby receive blessing from GOD. These things are
achieved, all 3 at the same time, by the Fasting, [Denying] Things for yourself before [in front of]
GOD, (in this way you deny yourself), Always do for your brother first, placing his needs above your
own, and in doing so, is presented as an offering on [before] the alter of GOD. In doing this you serve
all Three at the same time and are blessed.
The Contract-Documents created for all of us on this Planet, have been created by an evil group that
has long since perpetuated such a trespass and has in their hearts, to prosper off of us by the
STUMBLING BLOCK that they themselves have lain down before us.

Again, my name is [CLASSIFIED] I am a (FORMER) PSYCHOLOGICAL OPERATIONS

[WARFARE] SPECIALIST and a member of the US ARMY SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMUNITY
(1999-2012) and will ALWAYS REMAIN TO BE AN ELITE MEMBER OF THAT
BROTHERHOOD.
My decision to exit, was due greatly to the fact that I needed to conduct operations in a theater, at a
level that, in my previous capacity, not only would my hands have been tied, but theres a great chance
that my efforts would have been interpreted as a potential conflict of political interests. Such is the
Brain-Washed conformist driven idealistic world-view of the entranced MILITARY Industrial
Complex.

I want everyone who reads this summery to know one thing about me, if they know nothing at all, I
want you to know that all of my life I have had a self acknowledged internal recognition emanating
from deep within the bottom of my heart. An eternal ethos, that has continually demanded that I both
respect and fear the LOVE, WORD and WRATH of GOD. Its not something that I was ever taught or
that had to be told; its always just been there.

I took this Mission on with the greatest excitement and feelings for joy in my heart that were so
overwhelming that they literally ran around like a pack of butterflies in my stomach. And Im as
excited today as I was the very first day that I realized who :Commander :Gould, really was.

At the same time I come before you with this report as a man who is continually being tormented
and crucified from deep down within the darkest regions of his soul; and it hurts in my heart to know
that the 7th ANGEL has not only come, but that he is literally here and none will stand to help him.

~And he [7TH Angel] said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it
shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.

He told me to, eat it up LEARN IT, KNOW IT, LIVE IT! it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.
It is as sweet as honey because I am set free from the sorcery of the system that has been created by the
wicked to enslave me. And with the understanding for this technology [teaching] I can teach others that
they may come to the salvation of this TRUTH. And to speak it, most assuredly, is as sweet as honey in
my mouth.

Even so, as I may know the TRUTH of all the wondrous things that GOD hath made come to pass
since 1999 in the answering of this Nations Prayers, in the sending of the 7th Angel, with the FALL of
BABYLON, as sweet as it is in my mouth, the 7th Angels words are true. - and it shall make thy
belly bitter. It makes my belly bitter in that, just like him, I see that because he fell short to recognize
the FACT that the Joint Chiefs of Staff are the Jesuit Commanders of this Nations Military-Might, they
themselves are the fingers of the very hand of Lucifer, that he himself hath cut off from the world! And
they refuse to alert and inform the LIONS, of whom it is that the 7th Angel ROARS TO,.. in an effort to
get their ATTENTION. The FACT is, the Joint Chiefs are COWARDLY OLD MEN, who FEAR for
their paychecks, and their retirement. They fear not for their souls, nor for the wrath of GOD; and they
need to be replaced. - And why it REALLY HURTS in my belly, is because these vermin are using the
LITTLE BOOK of the 7th ANGEL to their own advantage, using it to set up SECRET LOCATIONS
for themselves WITH THE WICKED that they may escape the FALL OF BABYLON, as the rest
EVEN THE SOLDIERS of whom are the ARMY OF GOD, that they have been charged to guide,
even them most, will they let fall.

Theyre using what the 7th Angel has brought down with the rest of the WICKED, whom the 7th hath
lain destitute, and they will further use the power of that technology TO DRIVE YOU INTO THE
DIRT! - UNLESS Unless the God Damned US SPECIAL FORCES intervene and end it.

I very recently asked someone very, very close to me, if they themselves realized, how fortunate that
we were in relation to being alive at the same time, when Biblical Prophecy was literally being fulfilled
right before our very eyes. Even further more, I mentioned how our own blessing here more-so had to
be magnified more than 10 fold. - And when that person asked me why, I said,.. because not only are
we here to witness it literally take place right before our very eyes, but were here at the same time as
the person or the 7th ANGEL that is chosen by GOD to make a way for Him, and we have actually
identified and seen the individual responsible for manifesting the Prophetic WORD of GOD for
ourselves. - How many people are there - that you are aware of - that can say that?,
With all of that said with all of the legal information contained within the (3) Three previous reports,
with all of the pertinent historical information that was re-visited in effort to bring you the pearls
required to demonstrate the multitude of criminal acts of Contract-Banking Fraud, Personage, Barratry,
Racketeering, and Coercion; which have provided a base for greater acts of Criminal Malfeasance still,
to include Government Espionage, Child Pedophilia and human sacrifice presents a reality that can not
be denied.

And to top it all off, we have had a guy who IS NOT a nationally born American of any kind,
LITERALLY file a FAKE/FRAUDULENT Federal Document (Birth-Cert) with a Federal Agency to
gain unfettered access to the highest Federal Office and International Federal Platform in the Nation.
Where, once illegally inside that Federal Office, he did willfully conduct the most heinous act of
government espionage against a nation ever disparagingly conceived and initiated the most violent act
of war on this nation in its entire recorded Christian Founded history by deploying the largest hoard of
ISLAMIC ANTI-Christian TERRORISTS into the very Nation of people that they themselves [Islam]
despise above all as their BLOOD SWORN and ETERNAL MORTAL ENEMIES: - To say Treason,
doesnt even begin to cover it.

You CAN NOT seek REFUGE from the acts of war upon you in the very Nation of those whom you
seek refuge from. That is the most asinine thing that I have ever heard of in my entire freaking life!
And Im a PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE SPECIALIST, for Gods sake.

It has been my great honor to have assumed this undertaking. It has been my great pleasure to bring
your attention to come to focus in on the Man that the LORD Himself has chosen, as His Servant, to
answer the Prayers of America and the American people themselves.

I want to greatly thank Judge Anna-Von: Reitz for all of her initial report work. Work that she herself
took the initiative to Officially File with the JOINT CHIEFS of STAFF, the PROVOST MARSHAL,
US MARSHALS, FBI, etc,.. I continually used those official reports in every effort that I could to
educate every American Soldier and Civilian on Patrol that I came into contact with and of course, I
sent them to the National Sheriffs Association, etc.. many more, to include a myriad of Military Units
and the Command Level Authority of the California Army National Guard and ultimately the Special
Operations Community of the US Army.

She continues to be a Rock-Star and has not stopped cranking out reports since we started and we
continue to receive her reports. almost daily. Her efforts are inspiring, I will admit. Thank you Anna,
and may the good LORD continue to bless you, and all of us for that matter. Were not finished, by any
