[Incident Description]


On 4 March 2017, the individuals John Paul DeJoria, Ed Brown, and Dave Wilson knowingly were involved in
the infringement of Regulation 21 which prohibits the sale of sale of quantities of Tequila exceeding approved
amounts.The before mentioned were given a warning prior about another incident regarding the same
regulation on 4 February 2017 and given a 30 day reprimand to rectify the infraction but have since then failed

to recall merchandise with incorrect amount.
