Basic Drives. The person is predominantly driven by power and will tend to
seek positions, power situations and dominance since most incidents of power
indicate dominance. The person also possesses moderate nAch but its still
significantly lower than nPow which supports their drive for power. Further, the
person has minor nAf as a result of which, the person is likely to find it
challenging to create followership and friends, and this also indicates that this
person might not be very open leading to their idealized influence being
questionable. Hence, this person might work hard to achieve things but will be a

Overall. Overall EQ=R and hence the person would find it challenging to
manage own emotion. This is consistent with emotional stability as S.

Own Emotions. Awareness of own emotions=R, but Positivism=S and


control=I. Hence the person can seldom control own emotions and might
react impulsively. His/her awareness of emotions is also low; thus he might
misinterpret situations and react very strongly. But, this person might be able
to reappraise emotions using positivism. Hence the person should be more
aware of his emotions to better control them.

Adapting Emotions of Self and Others. Awareness=R. Hence detection of


others emotion itself is a challenge. Since empathy=G, the person may
sympathize to others emotions to adapt their emotions to the situation, but
they first need to be aware of his/her emotions. As a result adaptation=S but
since the awareness is low adaptation is not supportive. Improvement in
detecting others emotion is required.

Conflict. Conflict=R which means that the person needs improvement in


handling conflicts as he is low on awareness; he cannot handle a conflict

competing style.

Summing up EQ. This person is good in adapting but low in awareness. So
