the irony is that they migrate to developed countries and work for their economic development.

Suggest some measures to stop Indian human resources mobility to other countries and write an article
for your school magazine on How Can Brain Drain Can Be Converted Into Brain Gain and paste a
picture related to your article. The work should be done on a coloured A-4 size sheet.

NOTE:
All the work done on a chart paper/A-3 size sheet/ A-4 size sheet must be done neatly and should
have a border.

ACTIVITIES
HUMAN RESOURCE IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS
It is rightly said that human resource is the key factor for a countrys overall development. How can a
country sufficient in raw materials but deficit in human resource can grow. Its impossible!!!
Keeping the same in view the students need to prepare a project on Ch-1 Development collecting the
data on the following indicators of human development in different states in India.
Literacy Rate
Mortality Rate
Net Attendance Ratio

Human resource is the most important component of the environment. Tribal people are an important
part of human resource. They protect the wild life. Now a days when the temperature is so high
combustion in forest is taking place by itself. Here local people play an important role in protect forests.
Take the example of FIRE IN UTTRANKAND FORETS. Make a Power Point Presentation how
local people helped in managing the fire. What role was played by the local administration and the
army?
