The importance of breakfast

I. Introduction:

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This myth is pervasive in society.

According to scientific researches, good breakfast helps people not only to keep fit but also
to avoid a number of risk factors such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, intestinal cancer...

Food specialists said that: The brain works very hard from about 9am to noon and it has to get
fuel from breakfast.

II. Research purposes:

- How students care about breakfast.

- Measuring the level of interest of students for breakfast.

- Skipping breakfast causes numerous bad effects.

- Whether living alone, people tend to do not have breakfast or not.

III. Research scope:

- Around 50 students in Eastern International University

- Survey period from 21 April to 28 April 2017

This table shows positive correlation because numbers affect each other. After having breakfast,
they do activities more effectively because of full of energy.

The data shows that having short time and breakfast have a negative correlation. Therefore,
having short time in the morning is not a reason that people do not have breakfast.

The data shows that skipping the breakfast and concentration have positive correlation. It is clear
that that the number of skipping breakfasts rise , the level of concentration also increases.
Therefore, regularly skipping breakfast lowers you concentration levels and makes it hard for
you to perform at your best.

Breakfast is the most important meal that starts a new day since the last meal of the day before.
A nutritious breakfast is the best way to regain energy after a long night but many busy people
regularly skip breakfast, this is a really bad practice and even causes negative effect for peoples
health. If you do not eat breakfast, other meals of the day cannot be enough to compensate for
deficiency of nutrients, which is harmful to health in the immediate and long term.

Some reasons why people should eating breakfast

Providing energy for every activity in the morning: After a long sleep, our bodies suffer
serious energy shortage. Thus, if do not eating breakfast, it affects the productivity
because of your hunger and you cannot concentrate on your work.

Not being nutritional imbalance, low resistance: If you do not eat breakfast, you will be
straving, lowed blood pressure, and cause serious damage to the digestive system.

Enhancing the brain: The nerve cells consume a lot of energy, so if you skip breakfast, the
abilities to think and remember will be decreased.

Reducing the aging process: If you do not eat breakfast, the body is forced to mobilize
sugar and stored protein to work, causing the skin to dry, and lose nutrients.Thus, you
should eat breakfast every morning.

Preventing cancer and cardiovascular diseases

Keeping your bodies fit
