ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
It is my pleasure to be indebted to various people who directly or indirectly contributed in
the development of this work and who influenced my thinking, behavior and acts during
the course of study.
I bow with gratitude to all the Faculty Members who guided me. My special thanks goes
to Miss. Ruchi Sharma, Lecturer in Management department, Arya Infotech Institute,
Phagwara, whose versatility of creativeness, interest and enthusiasm gave a new
dimension to my work with motto to seek, to strive and to yield together. Her unfailing
guidance and encouragement made me understand the various appropriations and help to
solve my problems. In addition to this, I would like to thank all my respondents, who had
