1. What are classroom learning centers?


- Math center, Science, English, Art and Reading

2. What is the purpose of classroom learning centers?


- Classroom learning centers is important because it
allows children to express themselves, its also allows
children to express the world and to develop their
social-emotional skills by communicating and sharing
with each other. Moreover, it allows children to be
independent and to make their own choices.

3. What is the role of the students while engaged


during learning centers?
- Students role will be, doing the activities that the
teacher gave them, finish their work and they also will
apply what they took with the teacher and by doing this
theyre making sure or their understanding.

4. What is the role of the teacher as the students are


engaged during learning centers?
- the teacher role is observing students and assessing
them while theyre doing the activities in the centers.
She will walk around them to see if they understood the
lesson, if theyre doing well in the activities and if they
need some help.

5. Do you feel it is important to offer tasks that are


developmentally appropriate for all student ability
levels? Why / Why not?

- Yes I do, because each student have a different ability


than his friends, thats why if we gave him a hard task
and hes in the emerging level. He will feel that he cant
solve it and he will feel that he cant do anything and
that the lesson is too hard.
