To make sure and clear that all the students have understand how to write and count the numbers from one
to ten. There are main things the teacher should do.

Firstly, ask the kids some questions related to the numbers to know if the student recognize and know the
difference between each number and how say it and write it in right way.

Secondly, the teacher must use formal assessment (checklist) to take notes and evaluate each student to
know what each student need to learn of this math concept and what they already now.

Thirdly, let all the kids do all the activities even if it is easy or difficult for some of them to challenge them
by encouraging them think and solve problems and develop their cognitive development and
their thinking.

General Comments

The kids have different ability to learn, so me as a teacher I must provide


the activity and language it fit to everybody in class to understand what I
will say or want through the lesson or activity.

Future personal targets:
Managing time through the activity by giving an appropriate time for each activity to
make the kids understand the concept.
Give kids chance to try doing the activity by them self without guide them.
Get the benefits from the lessons, and enjoy doing the activities.
Learn more about the lesson.

Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze
why you think it worked well and what hints you would share with other teachers
about the successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style etc.

It was successful in one way that child listens carefully and learn how to write
each number in the air, ground and how to count the number in hand by using
their finger and think to find the answers.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires attention.


Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what action you intend to
take to be more successful in the next lesson.
in the next time I need to focus on time management and behavior because when I

divide children to do activity in the group, some child makes noise and sit on their

chair he only goes around the children and takes their paper or pencil through they

doing the activity. I do a lot of thing to avoided this behavior, but this child doesn't

listen to me in many time even I reward them if he stops make misbehavior in class.

So, I will follow the Skinner theory to avoided student misconduct by using
negative reinforcement, that means if the children repeat doing misbehavior in the
class, and dont listen I will remove one start from his name so, he will know that
wrong, and he will repeat it again.
