Explain: Even though students want to talk a lot, they were on task and motivated to learn
different language. They have a nice friendship in the class and they were happy.

Explain: She had lecture to explain lesson objectives and goal as well as topic. She checked
understanding with verbal quiz and short answer questions. She gave feedback by evaluating
students answer. As students having group activity and game she was walking around and
watching students. She listened to the students patiently when they answered the question.

Explain: She used projector during lecture time to teach the topic and explain the goals with
computer. Students used chrome books for listening activity. They used also student workbook.

Explain: Students used chrome books for listening activity. They had vocabulary and spelling
game which is writing practice.

Explain: Teacher motivated students to be a good role model and praise them when they show
nice behavior which is positive reinforcement. Teacher waited after wrong answer and asked
student to think and try again. She set the goals and repeated them when necessary. She
started and ended class on time. She was well prepared and showing dedication.

OVERALL COMMENTS AND REFLECTIONS:

_The teacher is been observed just 45 minutes and that can only show what happened in that day. But I
have learned new things and felt honored even though I stopped teaching Turkish. That was very good
experience for me and I understood how hard the being school admin is. ____
