Task: Write a report for the paper chromatography of tissue

What masses or volumes of substances have you chosen and why?
What apparatus are you going to use for your investigation and how
will this apparatus be used to minimise errors?
Have you identified hazards, considered level of risk and
implemented control measures?
Have you recorded your data clearly and accurately?
Have you calculated the Rf values and shown your working out?
Have you used your understanding of the stationary and mobile
phases to discuss your chromatogram? Why did you use water as a
solvent?
Have you compared your data with class data and published data
for similar experiments?
Have you consider % error for the whole investigation?
Have you discussed possible improvements to the method for each
step in the process and evaluated the opportunities to reduce any
errors?
