Reflection
Implementing routines and procedures in the classroom is very important because routines are the
backbone of classroom life. It have a lot of benefits for both the teacher and the students, it not just
make the teacher life easier, it's really save the teacher time and its make it easier for the students to
learn and achieve more, also it teach the students to be organize in all their life aspects. I think
teaching new habits take time like a couple of weeks on each routine depending on the class. The
teacher have to be carefully in teaching the students a new routines so never teach them too many
routines at once, also the teacher have to clarify the routines by modeling specially for young
students and make sure that they understand the reason of the routine.
In my future classroom I will implement the three routines that i've stated above because I think
they are the most important routines that every class have to involve it, the routines are: using the
reward system, extra activities for who finish early and group leaders which is a good idea for
hyper active students so you can make them move to do useful and helpful things. These routines
make fantastic positive effects on the students behavior.
