Attached is the pledge form for $45,000 that Dr. Heimlich completed when we met yesterday afternoon. I also helped
him complete the required Greater Cincinnati Foundation form. The money will be transferred to UC from the GCF's
Henry and Jane Heimlich Fund. He gave the UCF and its PO box number as the location to have the check sent, but
wanted my name as the contact. So it will be sent to the UCF, but will be to my attention. He designated the Winkler
Center Gift Fund for the purpose of funding a Heimlich archivist. He also was very specific about anonymity. He doesn't
want any recognition (including no donor wall plaque) except a thank you letter.
