Positive responses from the patients, collected during the Patient Satisfaction

Survey (Table 4), indicate the student teams success in delivering their
interprofessional MTM services from the patients point of view. For example, all
patients who received a consultation from an interprofessional student team
strongly agreed that they were satisfied with the service and all patients agreed or
strongly agreed that the service would improve their health.
The vast majority of surveyed patients agreed or strongly agreed with the positive
statements in the satisfaction survey regarding their interactions with the student
groups. The patient satisfaction results are presented in Table 4. These positive
results reflect the benefits of the interprofessional MTM consultations from a patient
perspective.
