General Processing Information

Co-NZyme R is in its neutralized form up to 5% water soluble (see also table below) and
shall be added to the water phase before emulsification. Co-NZyme R can be heated up to
80C in the stable pH range for a short period of time without loss of activity. Co-NZyme R
should be formulated in the pH range of 5.5 8.0. Co-NZyme R is not sensitive to oxygen
nor to visible light, oxidising agents and heavy metals. UV-light has a negative influence on the
stability of Co-NZyme R.
