Greetings Family,
The 2017 Family Reunion is rapidly approaching. The Mississippi Team is elated and diligently
working to guarantee a safe and great experience. The Meet & Greet Event is being held at
Hampton Inn in Yazoo City, Mississippi on August 4th 2017. The family picnic will be held at
Well Ranch on Saturday August 5, 2017. Its imperative that everyone begin sending
registration fees and reserve your rooms so our first reunion will be on point. The information
you need is below. We cant wait to see you and your family on August 4th - 6th, 2017.
Hotel Information:
Please call 1 (662) 746-3333 to make your reservations. For your convenience and with the
cooperation of the Hampton Inn staff, we were able to provide rooms with double beds. To
ensure the reservation room price per night of $98.10 plus tax (total $106.93) for August
4th-6th, 2017 call the Hampton Inn of Yazoo to request the discounted rate. This discount
will only be effective upon approval by the hotel manager. As most of you know there are
only a limited number of rooms that can be reserved, therefore you must act ASAP.
Please make sure you get your confirmation number and email or text it to Michael or
Carolyn. If anyone should have any problems making reservations with the hotel prior to
July 1, 2017 please do not hesitate to contact one of us via e-mail or

Registration Fees:
Family, we need your help and immediate cooperation in order for the GREAT EVENT to be
successful!!! It is imperative that everyone begin sending registration fees.
Adults - $50.00
You have three methods for paying your family reunion fees. Although, fees may be paid using
one of the three methods listed below, please make sure to complete the attached
registration form and return it via US mail to the address listed below or via e-mail to

If using this method of payment, please be sure to use the friend/family option to avoid any
fees. Use only debit cards. If using a credit card or bank card as a credit transaction the
system will automatic charge a 2.9 %, plus a .30 cent fee on top of the funds you sending.
Also, please remember to complete the attached forms and return via e-mail or mail to the
address listed below.

Please make your check or money order payable to Michael Jefferson and mail along with your
completed registration forms to the address listed below.
The future will quickly become the past so I need memories! Im asking for pictures of family
members, please keep the pictures in a group package. Send one picture of each family
member (mother, father, sisters, brothers, kids and grandkids, etc.) The name needs to be on or
below the picture. Also, list names of family members that is no longer with us. Please let the
family members without computer access know about the pictures and help them out by
emailing that family members pictures. I will need these pictures ASAP. I would like the
pictures by June1, 2017. I am so excited and eager to kick off our 2017 family reunion and I
