Product Features:
Time and attendance systems feature a self-service function that allows employees to
handle many time-tracking tasks on their own, including reviewing the hours they've
worked, their current and future schedules, and PTO details.
System Flow
The administrator must encode first the departments, designations and the list of events,
next is to encode the employees information as well as the fingerprint registration. The
employee or personnel can now use the system for login and logout and the system will
automatically records the date and time.
The main problem of the school is that they are still using the manual process of
suggestion/complaint box which is very time consuming. The manual process is very
difficult to track files of pending and implemented suggestions because they will have to
check and read all stored files manually. Summarizing, sorting and analyzing of
suggestions takes more time and sometimes they have problem reading suggestions
because of the students handwriting
Department Display the list of departments available in your organization, you are
also able to create, update and delete records of department.
Designation Display the list of all designation or position and their respective
description, you can also create a new designation, update the record and delete a
certain record.
Employees information List of all employees together with their personal information
such as name, employee number, designation and the department where the certain
employee were assigned. Creating a new record, updating and deleting of records can
also be done in this module.
DTR or the Front screen this form is intended for the employees, it is where the
employee will enter his/her employee number with his/her corresponding password and
display the lists of his/her time-in and time-out.
Report this module will provide information of a certain employees record of his/her
attendance or the list of his/her time-in and time-out.
Back-up It allows the user to securely copy all the data in the system that is stored
and in order to use it for future purposes.
Restore It allows the user to return records to its place or to put back records into their
original position.
The researchers found out that Energy Link Corporation still use time card, bandy clock
and file cabinets to keep their files and data. Therefore, the company isre q u i re d t o

performed. However, its also common to track meals and breaks, the type of
work performed, and the number of items produced. In addition to tracking
when employees work, organizations also need to keep tabs on when

These are the main problems encountered during the monitoring of a t t e n d a n c e s . T h e d a t a
e n t e r e d i n t h e f o r m s a r e r e d u n d a n t a n d i n c o n s i s t e n t . T h e secretary must copy the same
information in another form to be distributed to the other offices. Retrieving and editing data are very
tedious.
Conceptual Framework:
In this research, the researchers aims to provide a better way of monitoringtheir attendance og Energy Link
Corporation, where the staff and the manager can handle a faster and easy way of recording and
monitoring their daily Attendances. O n l y t h e M a n a g e r h a s t h e a u t h o r i t y t o u s e t h e s y s t e m
t h a t c a n m a n i p u l a t e t h e records in the system. The process of the system is that, the user will
encode thedaily attendances . The system will provide a reliable and efficient way of
recordkeeping activity.The study aims to produce a result of Attendance Monitoring System that can
cope up with the needs of the company.
