that along with the Attorney General of Upper Canada on behalf of the Upper Canada government
(Ontario) enacted the Law Society Act, 1797 providing the Society a monopoly to propagate
“Learned and Honourable” persons to administer the laws of Ontario with diligence to deception,
prevarication, manipulation and orchestration necessary for your success to ransack society.

British Columbia History Professor Jonathan Swainger confirms this in his book “The Canadian
Department of Justice and the Completion of Confederation 1867-78 makes reference to a book by
Edmund Morgan that he finds compelling “Inventing the People: The Rise of Popular Sovereignty
in England and America” that opens with the assertion that the success of any form of government
requires the acceptance of a number of fictions.

system you all were on public trial providing you countless opportunities to account for

All persons who have reported to the illegitimate authorities that they have been victimized will be
entitled to reasonable recompense as they begin suing the asses off you people.

The hierarchy of the RCMP will be immediately removed from duty and be replaced by the
experienced below them with due regard to competence responsibility and irreproachability so
long as they have demonstrated fortitude and conviction to the safety and well being of every
individual equally … whereas any incidences even the slightest of racial compromises will be
removed from duty immediately also.

The newly structured RCMP independent of the government will then commence investigating the
financial portfolios of these guilty persons of the hierarchy of the organized crime and seize for the
people’s government and deposit to a new well scrutinized account.

All money in numbered accounts will be accounted for with strict attentiveness to tax evasion and
where reasonable evidence of fraudulent or other illegitimate occurrences are involved with such
money it will be seized.

This money will be put in care of a competent responsible irreproachable entity to be invested on
behalf of the Canadian people and immediate arrangement will be made to the equalization of pay
and benefits between the employees of government and private sector that of course includes
pension plans.

Victims will be recompensed from this fund

I believe we have the general drift of things to come consistent with the Constitution and every
individual’s equal guaranteed Charter rights.

Reality attests to the unscrupulous manner the present personnel purporting to be the people’s
government have administered absurd and illegitimate laws that are inconsistent with the
Constitution and therefore of no force or effect.

52. (1) The Constitution of Canada is the supreme law of Canada, and any law that is
inconsistent with the provisions of the Constitution is, to the extent of the inconsistency, of
no force or effect.

Absolute cooperation is mandatory consistent with the Constitution.

Immediately all persons suspected to be involved in the Bilderberg conspiracy against the people

not extend them to you given the pathetic reality that acquiesced over the millenniums.

Take charge of these most serious issues and do them superbly and appropriately consistent with

you will find yourself in good stead with the people who finance and demand you as Minister of
Public Safety to God damn well do your job precisely as expected of you by sane unbiased moral

1. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms

7. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not
to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental

As of the enactment of the 1982 Constitution: Document it was mandatory for every individual to
consistently in, of and with “The Spirit of the Law” thus of the status of the presumption of
innocence whereas consistent cooperation with the legitimate authorities in performance of their

maintained to retain all rights consistent with the status of the presumption of innocence.

When reasonable evidence is provided to the authorities to suggest that a person is not of the
status it is imperative the person cooperate so as not to increase the charges against them.

lawyer is a raving lunatic, and should they act upon the advisement depriving an individual of their
guaranteed Charter rights will be brought before the people’s courts to be certified along with the
imbecile that advised him or her and or for judgement of recompense and due punishment
attentive to exemplary regard to deterrence to the certainty of every individual’s guaranteed
Charter rights of equal protection and benefits.

It is the responsibility of all persons actively employed in the legal system to act consistently with
the Constitution with exemplary fortitude and conviction UNBIASED to the equal protection and
benefits of every individual as guaranteed.

All inconsistencies, loopholes, and ambiguities must be immediately removed ever attentive to
ensure consistency of all laws with the Constitution

Humanism

It is incomprehensible that any human being would not be coherent to the needs and vulnerabilities
of a fellow human being or respect them as if they were themselves

They who are blessed with good fortune acquired consistent with the Constitution should be
pleased with the advantages it provides in advancement of their quality of life, however it may not
be used to the disadvantage of any individual’s guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and
benefits or may any person hold an individual hostage to the necessity to provide for themselves.

That is to say that any person employed in the private sector must be assured the security of the
job that provides those needs equal to that employed in the private sector with due regard to the
realities of employment where competent responsible and irreproachable persons are prerequisite
to any achievement.

It is due every individual’s familiarity with humanism that makes “The Spirit of the Law” so
understandable, receptive, compliable and non- compliance humongously obtrusive that
administering and enforcing it can be and must be obtrusively efficient and effective lest it be
evidence of incompetent irresponsible irreproachable management whereas the Constitution
demands competence to the equation of the Charter guarantee to every individual equally.

“The Spirit of the Law” that is the Constitution is the epitome of simplicity and sanity that makes
it so obvious that the propagates of the Law Society are trained in the deviate skills of charlatism
by their masters to befuddle the minds of the people susceptible to acceptance and cooperation to

enslave them to the support and advancement of their nefarious initiatives adverse to the society of
humanity, having created a Society of their own, well known but their initiatives are secretive for
obvious reason, however reality which they are responsible for obtrusively betrays them thank
God whether or not He exists or whether or not one believes He exists.

So long as every individual consistently complies and cooperates with “The Spirit of the Law” and
its agents it is irrelevant whether or not God exists for we will all certainly experience death as we
know it today and due the progressive nature of thought and reason will continue to advance into
the unknown forever expanding the known while expanding the unknown that is the consistency of
our ignorance challenging the elusiveness of the unknown that gets greater with erosion into it
with each nip knowledge that belongs to us all being the way it has always been and must be as
each generation brings the next up to speed in pursuit of humanity’s ultimate potential that
invariably exist in the universe and beyond.

When one individual’s ultimate potential is obstructed the ultimate potential of society as a whole
is obstructed.

Every individual contributes knowingly or not for their mistakes and consequences are observed
providing the opportunity to inform of clear and present danger and to ensure initiatives are taken
to eliminate them

One who chooses a career in such initiatives may not use them to their personal advantage against
other individuals who have opted a different field of endeavour to provide life’s necessities for
themselves and the unobstructed advancement of quality of life one is prepared to exert effort in
exchange.

15. (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to
the equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and,

It is due our understanding of humanism that due regard must be to caring for the mental or
physical disabilities that chance and can chance on any individual as reality attests where every
effort must be to the resolve consistent with the Constitution conducive to every individual’s
guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and benefits where we are all deprived if such
individual’s are not contributing to their ultimate potential whereas an industries involved in the
medical sciences can not hold back information or resources due the realities of greed for they
were brought up to speed in their chosen careers by the societies that proceeded them, the
generations that struggled to the acquisition of the knowledge and freely passed it on to they who
followed not to be intercepted by the greedy to create the needy for it is the needy who have
obviously been deprived.

Most everyone by human nature needs to be feel needed and by instinct we know we must be
adept to something that is needed to be needed.

They who do not understand simply must be made to understand as it is our responsibility as
responsible humans consistent with the Constitution where we all are guaranteed not to be
deprived by they who will not or refuse to understand.

Of course great understanding is imperative on both sides of the fence and they who deal with
mental and physical disabilities must be competent responsible and irreproachable with fortitude
and conviction to the advancement of them who they are charged with the responsibility forever
attentive to addressing the root of the problem obstructing the advancement.

The resultant society of the nefarious bent Society is deliberately fixed to thrive on the symptoms
they create as a result of their nefarious bent where as it is predictable and thusly preventable that
the rich will continue to get richer and the poor continues to get poorer, though the sky is the limit
on the upside below the ground is as far as one can go on the downside.

Society finances the people’s government providing them the wherewithal to deal with these issue,
economists, accounts, statistics analyst … you name it … all provided by the people intent on the
ultimate potential of society … not the Law Society … that is as well aware as anyone of us being
why they train their “Learned and Honourables” the skills of charlatanism most adept to deception,
prevarication, manipulation and orchestration of the laws and the befuddling of the people’s minds
to their own personal ultimate potential in complete abandonment of humanism.

They are akin to Queen bees with us their labourers who pay for all the consequences that lay in
their wake as they progressively advance to their ultimate potential gathering speed with every
advancement of leverage that ultimately results with the people on a down escalator persistently
struggling just to keep pace in a race that cannot be won with every individual that falls through
the cracks increasing the burden on the rest.

The Constitution legal system has nothing to do with politics as it has everything to do with the
safety and wellbeing of every individual guaranteed equal protection and benefits and it is
presumed that every individual is in, of and with the status of the presumption of innocence and it
is presumed every individual financed by the people to administer and enforce the laws consistent
with the Constitution: Document know the God damned law of Humanism … a reasonable
presumption appearing to be human.

I cannot over emphasize or overstate the simplicity and sanity of “The Spirit of the Law” because
unfortunately due the nefarious bent of the Constitution: Establishment the people have come to
believe that they are the slaves of the epitome of unscrupulous ornery critters that have no
semblance to humanism other than appearance, which they have been specifically trained to

They have no power and wealth other than that which we unknowingly allowed them to steal and
the Constitution: Document allows us to take it back and punishment those reprobates with
exemplary attentiveness to deterrence being the only viable means of present knowledge to ensure
the safety and wellbeing of every individual as guaranteed.

So here we stand with irrefutable evidence on hand provided to the Minister of Public Safety Peter
Van Loan with his title alone irrefutable of his responsibility and upon reaching his hands his can
will be in his hands and his actions will be his own responsibility and if none taken when
immediate appropriate action is prerequisite his ass will be ours.
