Dear Sir,
Under instructions from my client Mr. Dinesh R.
Renuke of 3/3, Bangdiwala Chawl, Taoripada, Dr. S.S.
Road, Lalbaugh, Mumbai 400 012, do hereby address you
as under:-
That you were my clients close friend and you were
running a caterer business and on 05.04.16 you
approached and requested my client to give you a short
term loan of Rs.20,000/- as you were facing very much
financial problem to run the said business.

That on 10.04.16 my client have paid you Rs.20,000/-

cash in presence of witness with a condition that you will
repay the above loan amount by May 2016 and after
expiry of May 2016 my client demanded the said amount
but you were dodging the matter with various false
pretext.
That on repeated demand for your liability and
towards the part payment of aforesaid loan, you have
issued one cheque from your joint account bearing no.
000005 date 05.12.16 for Rs.13,840/- drawn on D.C.B.
Bank, Mohd. Ali Road branch, Mumbai, in my clients
favour.
 That on 15.12.16 my client deposited the said cheque
with his banker The Maharashtra Co-Op. Bank Ltd.,
Lalbaugh branch, Mumbai, but said cheque was
dishonoured and my client received the said cheque with
return memo dated 16.12.16 from his banker with remark
Fund Insufficient.
That on information, you requested my client to re-
deposit the said cheque with his banker and assured my
client that it will be honoured positively.

That on your assurance on 09.01.17 my client again
deposited the said cheque with his banker The
Maharashtra Co-Op. Bank Ltd., Lalbaugh, Mumbai. But to
the shock and surprise said cheque was bounced and my
client received the said cheque with return memo dated
10.01.17 from his banker with remark Fund Insufficient.
Under the above facts and circumstances, I as an authorized agent of
my client, advice you to be good enough to pay the said cheque amount within
15 days from the date of receipt of this notice, failing compliances my
instructions are to take legal action against you both in civil and criminal
laws, without any further reference, which please note.
