Puregold Price Club, Inc. is a Philippines-based company engaged in the business of trading goods, such as consumer products (canned
goods, housewares, toiletries, dry goods, and food products, among others) on a wholesale and retail basis. The Company operates in
retailing business segment. The Company conducts its operations through a hypermarket known as Puregold Price Club, which offers a
range of food and non-food products, and caters to both retail customers and resellers. The Company has a supermarket chain known as
Puregold Junior, which is operated by its subsidiary Puregold Junior Supermarket, Inc. Its Puregold Extra is the small store format, which
offers a range of goods, comprising the Company's stock keeping units (SKUs) ranging from 3,000 to 5,000. It operates through stores in
various locations. Its store provides products that range from groceries, apparel, household accessories and furniture. It has approximately
280 operating stores and over 20 food service stalls.
Sales Analysis. Puregold Price Club Inc reported sales of 97.17 billion Philippine Pesos (US$1.93
billion) for the year ending December of 2015. This represents an increase of 14.7% versus 2014,
when the company's sales were 84.70 billion Philippine Pesos. Sales at Puregold Price Club Inc have
increased during each of the previous five years (and since 2010, sales have increased a total of
234%).
Puregold Price Club Inc. is engaged in wholesale and retail. It has now several retail
stores across Metro Manila and nearby provinces. The first Puregold Price Club Inc.
store located at Shaw Boulevard was established in 1998. With the rise of exclusive
membership on affiliation to exclusive supermarket, Puregold opened its door to the
buying public without membership requirements. This is the birth of continuous
opening of Puregold stores in different parts of Metro Manila and nearby province
like Pampanga, Laguna, Cavite, Bulacan and Rizal. Puregold Price Club Inc., with its
competent employees is continuously serving its customers through its effective
customer service program and competitive price scheme. Its head office is located
at 3rd floor Tabacalera Bldg., 900 D. Romualdez St., Ermita, Manila.
The three top executives of Puregold do not receive any per diem for
board meetings, reserving the grant of P30,000 honorarium for the
non-executive directors.
The wife of Lucio Co, Susan Co had another P291 million on account
of her 6.55 percent personal shareholdings in the retail chain. Based
upon the market value of company, it is now estimated with nearly
P114 billion in market value while the holding company, Cosco
Capital, merited another P64 billion.
Forbes estimated the couples wealth at $1.7 billion, making the Cos
the 12th richest Filipinos for the 2015 list.

Lucio L. Co
Mr. Co has been a Director and the Chairman of the Company since it was incorporated in September 1998. He has
been duly elected to hold office as Director for one year and until his successor is elected and qualified. He is also
currently the Chairman of Cosco Capital, Inc., Kareila Management Corporation, Puregold Finance, Inc., PPCI Subic,
Inc., Puregold Duty Free Subic, Inc., Ellimac Prime Holdings, Inc., NE Pacific Shopping Centers Corporation,
Puregold Realty Leasing and Management, Inc. and Pure Petroleum Corp.; President of Bellagio Holdings, Inc.,
Forbes Company, LCCK & Sons Realty Company, Puregold Duty Free, Inc. and Puregold Properties, Inc.; Director of
118 Holdings, Inc., Meritus Prime Distributions, Inc., Montosco, Inc., Nation Realty, Inc., Patagonia Holdings Corp.,
and Premier Wine and Spirits, Inc.; and a member of the Board of Trustees of Adamson University. Mr. Co has been
an entrepreneur for the past 40 years.
Leonardo B. Dayao
President
Mr. Dayao has been a Director and the President of the Company since 1998. He has been duly elected to hold office
as Director for one year and until his successor is elected and qualified. He is also currently the Chairman of PSMT
Philippines, Inc.; President of Cosco Capital, Inc., Puregold Finance Inc. and NE Pacific Shopping Centers
Corporation; Vice-President of Ellimac Prime Holdings, Inc., Bellagio Holdings, Inc., Puregold Properties, Inc. and
VFC Land Resources, Inc.; Director of Fontana Development Corporation, Fontana Resort and Country Club, 118
Holdings, Inc., Ellimac Prime Holdings, Inc., Fertuna Holdings Corporation and Nation Realty, Inc.; and was
previously connected with Ayala Investment and Development Company as Vice-President from 1980 to 1984 and
Bank of the Philippine Islands as Vice-President from 1984 to 1994. Mr. Dayao received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Commerce from the Far Eastern University. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He has also completed
Basic Management Program at Asian Institute of Management and earned units in MBA from University of the
Philippines-Cebu.
Susan P. Co
Vice-Chairman
Mrs. Co has been a Director, Vice-Chairman and Treasurer of the Company since it was incorporated in September
1998. She has been duly elected to hold office as Director for one year and until her successor is elected and
qualified. She is also currently the Chairman of Cosco Price, Inc.; Treasurer of Bellagio Holdings, Inc.; and Director of
Kareila Management Corporation, PPCI-Subic, Inc., Ellimac Prime Holdings, Inc., 118 Holdings, Inc., Meritus Prime
Distributions, Inc., Montosco, Inc., Nation Realty, Inc., Patagonia Holdings Corp., Premier Wine and Spirits, Inc., Pure
Petroleum Corp., Forbes Company, KMC Realty Corporation, Puregold Duty Free, Inc., Puregold Duty Free (Subic),
Inc., NE Pacific Shopping Centers Corporation and Puregold Properties, Inc. Mrs. Co received a Bachelor of Science
in Commerce from the University of Santo Tomas.

Mr. Co has been a Director of the Company since 2003. He has been duly elected to hold office as Director for one
year and until his successor is elected and qualified. He is also the Marketing Director of the Company; President of
Cosco Price, Inc., KMC Realty Corporation, Fertuna Holdings Corporation, 118 Holdings Inc., Meritus Prime
Distributions, Inc., Montosco, Inc., Nation Realty, Inc., Patagonia Holdings Corporation and VFC Land Resources,

Safe Seas Shipping Agency, Marine Industrial Supply Company, EML Realty, Employers Confederation of the
Philippines; a Member of the Makati Business Development Council, Philippine Nippon Kyokai Technical, Philippine
Interisland Shipping Association, Makati Zoning Committee, De La Salle Canlubang (International Marine Class
Committee), Management Association of the Philippines, Board of Trustees of Home Development Mutual Fund,
Philippine Petroleum Sea Transport Association (PHILPESTA) and De La Salle University; a Financial Consultant for
the Office of the Vice-President of the Philippines; Consultant for the City Government of Makati and the Board of

Marilyn V. Pardo

Mrs. Pardo was elected as an Independent Director of the Company on October 5, 2010 and will hold office until her
successor is elected and qualified. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Asian Holdings Company,
Downtown Properties, Inc., Casa Catalina Company, and Catalina Commercial Properties, Inc. Mrs. Pardo received a
Bachelor of Liberal Arts and an Associates Degree in Business from Assumption College.
