What can you say to persistent ignoramuses that turn down the opportunity for a humongous return on a mere
$20 investment with the bi-product a sane world where poverty is intolerable and thus non-existent?
Invariably all persons of the Lower Tier … the majority will humongously benefit one way or another consistent
with democracy, but only they who comprehend equality must be equally supported to the certainty as only
registered members have indicated their willingness to participate to the materialization though every individual
is equally offered this opportunity to do so will endeavour to kick themselves in the ass upon our inevitable
success that due their persistence to ignorance bliss will know the ultimate benefits of equality united to a most
honourable purpose no less than equality for all but assured an equal share of the loot the unscrupulous

It is incalculable to put a price on the efforts I exerted to the rewards not likely to be around to benefit, but it is the
knowing that I did the best I could do address personal issues that chanced upon me, that soon concluded
impossible to be legitimately addressed by an illegitimate legal system that investigate itself to the certainty of
innocence just as assuredly as there is no 2 Tier system to any person not in firm grasp of their faculties.

Due the retardants and ineptness of CEO Frank Gallagher to put a competent responsible irreproachable
effective Director Management Team in place to cover my limitations in time to have our Shopping Cart up
and running by this date September 16 2009 have missed a supreme opportunity to advance the
Corporation to its ultimate potential to which I have adequately attended to severely reprimanding myself to
which all such initiatives to keep me in line will be top secret, but be assured that I have appropriately
addressed the issue to the certainty that I am the person necessary for the job until the certainty of my
inevitable eradication.
However every initiative has a consistency of innumerable backup initiatives that will inevitably be used in
one way or many in constant fortitude to the certainty of the materialization of “The Spirit of the
Corporation” that is inevitable and its earliest arrival dependant on the earliest arrival of our competence
and conviction to it.
No matter the apparent failure of any initiative it is not within “Our Spirit” to be disappointed, frustrated or
subject to any other emotion obstructive to our success and in fact any such apparent failure provides the
truth as to what we must be vigorously attentive to as a team ever reminding each other as to the
Corporation and Company’s # 1 PRIORITY with approach ever changing as competently dealt with to the
certainty that each Director’s # 1 Priority is maintained secondary to the certainty being that which we can

Upper Tier Victims are provided the services that taxpayers pay for which the majority … the
people of the Lower Tier are assigned the major burdens as they cater to the people of the Upper
Tier providing them write offs and many opportunities to distribute the wealth gained from
ransacking us to hidden destinations with numbered accounts as demonstrated by former Prime
Minister Brian Mulroney a PRIME example of their system at work and the vigorous effort of the
reigning Law Society deviates to cover it up at all costs to the taxpayer with every person involved
being financed by the taxpayer to luxurious lifestyle under the façade to the humongous detriment
of the taxpayer and society as a whole.

Mulroney a lawyer by profession found his way into our political/legal system under the guise that
he was in, of and with “The Spirit of the Law” as we are all required to be since the 1982
enactment of the Constitution and thus we are all of the status of the presumption of innocence in
absence of reasonable evidence to suggest otherwise.
It is now public knowledge that he is a criminal of the worse kind associated with the illegal legal
profession and his particular situation is humongously demonstrative and indicative to the fact that
Lobbyists are illegitimate 180 degrees adverse to the sanctity of every individual’s guaranteed
Charter rights that has been challenged by Democracy Watch, but upheld by the Law Society
hierarchy administration to the certainty of bribery necessary to enhance the comfortable lifestyle
of our political/legal system hierarchy that proclaim they act in service of the people stating they
can abscond with more of our money in private practice, perhaps not similarly worded but
lucrative just the same, however not as lucrative as being in hierarchy positions most receptive to
bribery as they publicly demonstrate by illegally proclaiming bribery via Lobbyists initiatives out
front and legal.
Mulroney should be charged with tax evasion similar to that which put fellow organized crime
hierarchy member Al Capone away for life.
That of course is the minimal that Mulroney earned.
The bribery by Schreiber, an armaments Corporation agent with access to limitless bribery money
to influence the most receptive nefarious bent of the hierarchy of our political/legal system are
provided with every initiative to the certainty of war to account for their illegal armament
investments of the taxpayers’ money incited to war by their charlatan expertise able to incite the
befuddled minds of the Lower Tier populace having no difficulty in inciting the minds of the affluent
and influential of the corporate world being one and the same with vested interest to share in the
ultimate profits with the people of the Lower Tier sharing in the debt and ultimate ramifications of
the realities of ASSHOLEISM of course predictable of governments taken over by ultimate
ASSHOLES, so obvious that they hide behind the obviousness that becomes the accepted norm
via the process of Osmosis as we all begin our term on earth born of innocent and empty minds
with our brains and hence our bodies inducted to the service of the powers that be of the
environment we are randomly placed as our minds are developed to the reality we are reared
being most persuasive to humankind invariably creatures of habit no matter the Tier born to and
instinctively carry on in pursuant of our PIG (Personal Interest Groups) relative to every individuals
progressive advancement of quality of life.

as “guardian of the public interest” where assuredly every individual falls in that domain and
ultimately all of society suffers should one individual’s guaranteed equal Charter rights be ignored
due the absurd consequences that emanate from such neglect that simply cannot be allowed.
15. (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection
and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based

On June 30 2005 my former tenant Don Wilson CEO/President/Director of Bio Safe Natural
Technologies Inc. which I Frank Gallagher was a major share holder committed Criminal Fraud
over $100,000 and filed false and misleading information with the Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal
(ORHT) a serious offense under the Tenant Protection Act, 1997 and would have lost another
$43,000 had I not been able to prove he was a fraud.
This was witnessed, documented and recorded by the ORHT judicator Nancy Fahlgren in a public
building financed by the taxpayer as part of the legal system administered by the Ontario Attorney
General where all laws must be consistent with the Constitution conducive to the exemplary
support of every individuals guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and benefits.
52. (1) The Constitution of Canada is the supreme law of Canada, and any law that is inconsistent with
the provisions of the Constitution is, to the extent of the inconsistency, of no force or effect.
15. (1) Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to the equal protection
and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on
race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.
When the immediate pertinent authorities refused to file charges and in fact aided and abetted Don Wilson’s
flight from justice obstructing this individual from pursuing the matter it became emphatically clear that
there was something humongously wrong with the legal system and during the course of my investigation
revealed that the government was organized crime personified headed by the Law Society of Upper Canada
that in 1797 under the Law Society Act was enacted proclaiming the Attorney General who administers the
Act and the Society a monopoly to produce “Learned and Honourable” persons to administer the laws of
Upper Canada now Ontario.
24. (1) Anyone whose rights or freedoms, as guaranteed by this Charter, have been infringed or denied
may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to obtain such remedy as the court considers appropriate
and just in the circumstances.
The evidence irrefutably proves the Law Society propagated charlatans of deception, prevarication,
manipulation and orchestration of illegitimate laws and befuddled the minds of the people that acquiesced
over time to acceptance via the natural process of Osmosis.
Osmosis: the gradual, often unconscious, absorption of knowledge or ideas through continual
exposure rather than deliberate learning
Inherently they are unscrupulous criminal frauds that structured the system to protect them while they
ransacked the people of the Lower Tier, that ultimately protects the private sector criminal frauds as they

run rampant leaving individual’s unprotected as guaranteed providing fodder to their industry that allows
them to persistently expand to luxurious lifestyle to the humungous detriment of society.
This information was provided to the DOJ- Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada and Prime
Minister Stephen Harper and all political parties prior to and after Harper became Prime Minister who
enacted the Accountability Act, 2006 clearly demonstrating their modus operandi of dealing with things
attempting to cover up the conspiracy with the aid of the media.
They would have us believe that they were never required to be UNBIASED, competent, responsible and
irreproachable in continuity consistent with the Constitution with exemplary attentiveness to the support of
every individual’s guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and benefits.
It was the federal government that enacted the Constitution signed by the Queen in cooperation with the
provincial governments and unequivocally have the responsibility to apply due diligence to the support of
every individual’s guaranteed Charter rights whereas due punishment must be consistently administered
attentive to deterrence being the only viable means to protect the individual prior to becoming victimized.
Of course that would not be profitable to either the public or private sector legal profession and absolutely
adverse to their organized crime extorting money from the people for their guaranteed Charter rights that
were granted in Possessory Title in perpetuity.
The Accountability Act, 2006 is a prime example of their charlatan ways of deception, prevarication,
manipulation and orchestration as they would have us believe that bygones are bygones, but they have now
put a system in place to make them more responsible, with everything they do not consistent with the
Constitution, but in fact evidence to bring them before the courts of the people, but the people must be
informed of the truth or they will just persist in their unscrupulous ways befuddling the minds of the people
as they must do to prevent them from rising to punish them consistent with the Constitution to the certainty
of the protection guaranteed being what the people financed them for.
If these issues had of been dealt with appropriately instead of continuing with their modus operandi to
cover-up the recent financial crisis would have been prevented.
Former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney is a prime example of how the lawyers have infested the
political/legal system and infested and invested the corporate world as a PIG (Personal Interest Group) with
all the wealth and power to have their way with the people and Brian Mulroney must be severely punished
attentive to deterrence and to ultimately set precedence to get the ball rolling to bring them all to legitimate
justice to secure the sanctuary of the Canadian Constitution and thus the safety and wellbeing of every
individual as guaranteed as the ramifications of their regime consistent with those in other countries are
simply horrendous being behind the “Struggle of Humankind”
We must remember these people are unscrupulous charlatans of deception, prevarication, manipulation and
orchestration that must continue in their evil ways at all cost, no problem to them since the taxpayer covers
it all, with the system so fixed they cannot lose under normal circumstances with the people not informed as
they simply deal with the issues to cover them up while do so to a luxury lifestyle.
The fact is the people provide them their luxury lifestyle financing their entire overhead whilst they can
apply every effort to ransack the people that drives many to poverty, hopelessness and despair that begets
amoral inclination advancing to criminal persuasion that begets innumerable victims in their wake to extort
money from for their guaranteed Charter rights obviously not guaranteed to protect them prior to becoming
victims and then they refuse to file charges on behalf of the people of the Lower Tier, that they deny the 2
Tier system does not exist and use the word “Threshold” instead befuddling the minds of the majority, but
the fact remains they are the ultimate criminal frauds that have left an indelible trail of documentation that

simply cannot be erased to the certainty that they can be erased by an informed populace, though the people
of the Upper Tier will not cooperate having benefitted from their scam , but they are the minority and in a
legitimate democracy the majority rule.

“The Spirit of the Law” is “The Spirit of the Golden Rule” that is the epitome of simplicity and sanity that has
forever blown in the wind within the grasp of quadriplegics easily seen by the blind well understood by us all at 5
prior to the first day of school.
Giving credence to that which is least likely to be mistaken by humankind the Law Society was granted a
monopoly in 1797 to propagate “Learned and Honourable” persons to administer Ontario law consistent with
democracy conducive to humanity that is “The Spirit of the Golden Rule” but obviously they could not be trusted
to do so and in 1982 the Constitution Act was enacted with the inclusion of the Charter that guaranteed every
individual democratic rights in, of and with “The Spirit of the Golden Rule” but to date they simply have not
grasped it even though we all understood it at 5 prior to the first day of school.
Over the passed four years I have made every effort to Dick and Jane it to them hoping they would eventually

State and Church are charlatans of deception prevarication, manipulation and orchestration befuddling the minds
of the people with the Law Society propagates infesting the political/legal system and infesting and investing the
corporate world maintaining the 2 Tier system that has persisted long before Confucius 551 BC – 479 BC born to
poverty experiencing all financial walks of life on his trek to dine with kings being well informed as to the
unscrupulous nature of the hierarchy spending his last years in hopelessness and despair unable to materialize
“The Spirit of the Golden Rule” even though it was the epitome of simplicity and sanity that their ilk certainly
proclaim they are in, of and with “The Spirit of the Golden Rule” as they and we all must be being one and the
same with “The Spirit of the Law”
Obviously The Law must be stringently and consistently enforced in continuity with UNBIASED competent
responsible irreproachable personnel consistent with the Constitution to the certainty of the Charter guarantee
equally to every individual.
Brian Mulroney former Prime Minister is a Prime example as a lawyer that infested the political/legal system that
infested and invested the corporate world, which they obviously cater to, while supporting their right to be bribed
by Lobbyists with media moguls like Conrad Black monopolizing the media aiding and abetting the government
organized crime.
Former Ontario Attorney General Michael Bryant demonstrated his true attitude about people of the Lower Tier
and of course his charges should have been murder, but like Mulroney whose charges should include conspiracy
in cooperation with the corporate conglomerates received bribery money due his influential position with the
government.
Tax evasion alone should be enough to put him away for life like Al Capone, whereas it is imperative due his
position of trust and unlimited opportunities including manipulating the government adverse to the publics’
interest to apply maximum punishment attentive to deterrence and the very fact Democracy Watch filed with
Commissioner of Conflict of Interests and Ethics that went on to the courts that upheld their right to be bribed by23
Lobbyists is indicative of the organized crime.
It matters not what they do with Mulroney now for if they do not send him away for life it will not sit well with this
“Suing Machine” and if they do send him away they will set precedence being conducive to this “Suing Machine.
There days are numbered. Charter Democracy Force Justice Inc. is on their case.

I was buisy all weekend doing barbques at Big Wigs for the summer leauge play offs.
I really havn't had a chance to do much for your business except continue to pass cards out and tell
everyone i can, to check out our sites. I'm sure alot of people have been. As far as the computer part
of the business I'm not very good at it, I don't think i will be a pro before i no it! I feel stupid, sorry
but I just can't seem to get it right!! I'm pretty sure that i will need at least 3 or 4 more two hour
sessions at your office in order to get a grasp on all this. I am reading alot of your stuff thats for sure!
i have even googled your name and saw your picture and read some interesting stuff. Well, I will keep
working at it one day at a time, and try to get up to speed at my own pace. I will be free all weekend,

I really think you should see it and if you went early on Friday or Saturday for the 7:20 PM and went inside the movie
room #10 is where we saw it and stood inside the door handing out the business card until the show started you could
accomplish a lot and perhaps after the show wait for the next group to come in and hand them cards.

Law Society propagates.

All I have asked for is that which you already promised the $700 plus that you spent that proved you were not
trustworthy with your mind able to irrationally attempt to convince me that you are now trustworthy a concept that you
have never realized.

Even so … I am still willing to continue with you if you pay me that $700 plus and assuredly anyone would say I am
crazy … but you know I like you and am simply attempting to get you into a legitimate way of life … but by no means
is it all about me doing you a favour because you have the qualities to be a major player with the Corporation.

That of course is your choice and with or without you I will continue to the end because I have the knowledge to know
that what I am doing is right.

Nothing complicated because I have the precise experience to know that what I am doing is the only way to change
the world.

Do not believe that I do it for the crazy people of the world as it is what I must do to tend to my personal situation of
being defrauded $100,000 that has left me broke with nothing but time to do what has to be done, not able to enjoy a
comfortable retirement earned after 42 ½ years of work to be enjoyed by a Criminal Fraud the same as the deviate
Law Society propagates.

I intend to have my revenge … call me crazy … but what should I do … start over again and work another 42 ½ years
and see if it works out better at the end next time?

I'm not having a very good weekend with my family and taking it out on everyone around me. I read
the e-mails I've sent to you in the past 24 hours and i take it back i wasn't thinking clearly, you have
and probably would with anyone give the shirt off your back. You have been overly generous "always"
and i sincerely apologize for everything.
Give me this weekend with my family i'ts almost over.
I will be getting my nephew and his girlfriend to go see the movie tomorrow and I'm staying at my
brothers tonight and will probably be going to see the movie again in Toronto Sunday.

I talked to Greg and his wife last night they're the couple that deliver the Era Banner, they live in the
first building on my street.
Greg was telling me they deliver the paper on Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday. Between him and his
wife they deliver 200 papers
each of those days. They get 5 cents a paper,about $90 a week. They are both on Ontario Disability
and this is just extra income
for them. I told them that if they put one of our cards in each paper I will pay them the same wage 5
cents a paper, $30 dollars a day total, for a total of $90 a week. They agreed and want 1200 cards
and $180 and will have them all deliverd in the next two
weeks. They're a disabled couple and a little chalenged but they have been doing this for four years
through heat,rain' or snow.
Greg said if I give him the cards and the money, he can start tomorrow. I have enough cards and i get
paid today but most of my cheque is going to bills and debts. So if you want me to give Greg the go
ahead you should put the cash in an envelope and I can come to your house after work with him to
pick it up.
I think it's a great and cheap way to advertise!

I do not quite understand.

It seems to me they would be delivering to the same houses Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
200 x .05 = $10.00 x 3 = $30 for the three days x2 weeks = $60 that doesn’t to be worth their while.
Why would we want to deliver to the same house 6 times?

The Era Banner comes out three times a week. I don,t know if they have different routes, I also could
have got the numbers wrong. I might of misunderstood him when he broke it down for me. One thing
I do Know is that him and his wife all together get $90 a week for delivering the papers. Don't forget
they dont talk very well they are a little chalenged so i probably misundrstood them. Anyway some
people might see the card 3 or 4 times and finaly catch an interest and decide to go to the sight.
I think the more cards floating around out there the better.

I am of the opinion that if they are challenged they only have one route they do over and over again and as for 3 or 4
times it is even better if it is 16 times as the person that makes my card explains, but the simple fact is I cannot afford
to go the route especially on just 200 people.

The Toronto Star and Sun will be the best root that I need to save for and could still use that pertinent information.

So I say forget the 200 even though I would like to help the 2 I am better off on staying the course to help the world.
I still need Star information!!!

I sent 9 people to the show I have no more cards. Wendy and I will be going this Friday, and I have an
extra reciept that I owe $30 for I gave it to you for the taxi and I will cover that.
Frank I have something very interesting to run by you. I think this will probably be a great investment
for our company, and it will take care of alot of ground thru untill X-mas in our advertising area!
Adam, an emloyee son, whos probably done the best advertising for us thus far, has been to both
movies and has given out over a hundred buisseness cards, he has read alot of your work, and is very
interested in what you write. He phoned me last night and ran a brilliant idea by me. He said that
sending people to watch movies and pass out cards won,t get to as many people as his new idea. He
will be attending George Brown college Casa Loma downtown Toronto for tests Monday, Tues, and
Wed. this week, Thurs. and Fri. and all of next week he will be at Geoge Brown Campus downtown on
King st. and right thru till X-mass at University of Toronto on a daily basis going to school. He
suggested that we give him 2000 buisness cards and also for us to make up 100 8x11 flyers, from
now till November 15 is all the time he needs and he will have the flyers posted all over the schools in
all three locations he said excitingly ALL OVER THE PLACE!!! including student gatherings caffeterias,
coffee places, hang outs, even teachers areas! Frank i really think this will be a great move for us. If
you agree we need to get the flyers done today! You can make one template up on an 8x11 piece of
paper and I can make a hundred copies at the library for free tonight. I also need 2500 cards 2000 for
him and 500 for me. He wanted me to have this today but it was too late to talk to you last night,
He drops his dad off every morning here at 7:30 am. I just talked to him this morning and told him
that if your ok with it I will have everything for him at 7:30 at the shop tomorrow morning.
Frank this guy is sharp and serious, very honest and trustworthy. We discussed an amount for the
entire job to be paid in full tomorrow morning, also if needed he will make extra photo copies of the
flyers if he runs out. I told him that we are paying out of pocket for advertising at the moment and
can't afford much. He said that the word will be passed on thru the whole downtown core of Toronto
for the next 2-3 weeks and flyers will be posted on polls, at coffee shops, EVERYWHERE!!
He needs the money for gas and school stuff urgently. His price for this work that he will put
100percent effort into is $700.
I told him that The best we could do is 4-5 hundred up front and a promise of a little more after we
start seeing progress in the buisseness, (once money starts coming in for us) I told him I will let him
know tonight how much we can pay.
Frank can we do this? If your short I can come up with a little but not much.
If we can please have everything ready for me at the pool hall tonight, we can meet at 6pm If it,s not
too much work for you can you make the 100 copies i don,t know what time the library is opened till.

Good morning Frank;

Frank we are so close to where we want to be, I'm sure any day now the ball will be in our court. You
have a substancial amount invested in the company thus far to come off the top as soon as we are up
and operating.I am well aware that there are no funds available just yet. I don't want to pawn or sell
any of the few items I have of very little resale value, but I'm looking at every possible way to get
theese funds by the end of the day.
Bell called last night and demanded payment for my $85 outstanding first internet bill dated early
October. If not paid in 24 hours they will disconnect line automaticly. Next is my landlord who gave
me a letter last night stateing he will no longer tolerate late payment on the rent. If balance oweing of
$225 on Octobers rent is not paid immediately I will be served eviction papers this week! Mr. Hempen
just bought the building in July and will start eviction notices for at least 4 people in the building who
are not paying their rent on a timely manner. I have been really set back and hurt by the incedent
that occured in Keswick last week, it forced me to dip in to money that was put away for rent and bills
for November 1st.
Frank I have done alot of P.R. in the past 4 months and you have done alot for me, not in payment
but out of the goodness of your heart. Anyway to make a long story short, We should be up and going
anyday now, I know you have everything I've been advanced from the company so far is on record,
this will be coming back to you off the top as soon as our operation begins I'm fully aware.
Can I please get one final advance from my P.R. future salary to square theese two payments out
today? Even if you could get a cash advace from the credit card company we could pay it off as soon
as were open for buiseness.
I would like to also meet with you tonight at the Boston Pizza IN NEWMARKET! tonight to discuss P.R.
work for the next month or two for me, Any suggestions you might have to advertise?? my weekends
are open for P.R. and advertising but you have'nt given me any work lately. I think if we sat down
tonight and disscussed some work for me it would be a good idea.
Why don't you put a little plan into effect over the next couple of hours for me in the advertising area
and we could sit together for a couple of hours over dinner and brain storm.
We have alot of work to do now so we can get bombarded the minute were up and running.
