The HiPer Vane Mist Eliminator is a highly

effective and reliable mist eliminating device.
It can be used in a wide range of fouling and
non-fouling conditions.

Performance
The HiPer Vane Mist Eliminator is an efficient mist
eliminating device within its particular operating
window. It is suitable for fouling and non-fouling
environments and can be used in a wide range of
services such as separators and compressor suction
scrubbers. Industrial experience shows that the
droplet separation efficiency of van mist eliminators
operating at pressures higher than 10 barg rapidly
decreases with increasing pressure. This means that
the HiPer Vane Mist Eliminator is particularly reliable
at low pressure condition.

HiPer Vane Agglomerator

The HiPer Vane Mist Eliminator can be used as
standalone device. However, in high demanding
conditions with a high liquid load and fine droplets, it
can be necessary to use the vane pack in combination
with a downstream vane or cyclone mist eliminator. In
that case the vane pack acts as an agglomerating
device: the HiPer Vane Agglomerator. It will remove a
large amount of the liquid from the gas. Furthermore it
will agglomerate small droplets into larger ones which
will increase the efficiency of the downstream
demister. Therefore installing a HiPer Vane
Agglomerator will significantly increase the overall
separation efficiency of the vessel.
