Most of you have been previously informed of my web sites and the evidence published there
regarding the government conspiracy and corruption that runs rampant throughout the whole
legal system with the Office of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General and the Law Society
of Upper Canada at the forefront linked to the Prime Minister of Canada.

The RCMP Commissioner is required to respond to a complaint I filed with the Commission for
Public Complaints Against the RCMP on November 8 2007 for refusing to investigate government
corruption and conspiracy and the RCMP acknowledged receipt of the complaint November 16
2007 and an inspector is looking into the matter with a report due from the Commissioner 30 days
from the acknowledgment date.

The Commissioner will be reviewing the evidence published on my web sites where he will find
the e-mail list on pages 3 -4 which includes prominent members of the government such as the
Prime Minister Stephen Harper, the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada Robert
Nicholson, the Ontario Attorney General Michael Bryant, the OPP Anti- Rackets and the RCMP
and so on like that.

I request the OPP forward this document to OPP Commissioner Julian Fantino.to ensure he is up
to speed on these very serious issues.
I request the RCMP forward this document on to RCMP Commissioner William Elliot to ensure he
is up to speed on these very serious issues.

I request all recipients of this e-mail to inform your immediate superiors, associates and any
persons you feel should be aware of the issues for their immediate attention.

I remind all you people on the government payroll involved in the administering and enforcing of
the laws in Canada that you are responsible to not only abide by the laws of the country but are
responsible to assure the individual’s Charter Rights are protected as guaranteed and the modus
operandi of the government from the top down to the front lines must be irreproachable and in
continuity to that endeavor where each person plays a vital role on the team and upon being
informed of an impediment to the continuity where an individual’s guaranteed Charter rights are
compromised or likely to be compromised it is each and every government persons employed in
said administering and enforcing departments responsibility to make every reasonable effort to
remediate the situation.

Under normal circumstances it would be proper to advise your superior and document your
efforts.

These are not normal circumstances which requires due diligence appropriate to the
circumstance where everyone is suspect and will be charged unless you can provide evidence
that you have made every effort to assure the impediment has been or is in the process of being
eliminated which requires follow up document in addition to your original advisement of the
impediment.

You all have been informed the Prime Minister and the Minister of Justice and Attorney General
of Canada and the Ontario Attorney General along with others are involved in a conspiracy
against the people and I have provided you the irrefutable evidence, so it is not acceptable to
simply document the fact you have forwarded the information contained within my writings without
receiving a response as to how the impediment is being dealt with and on failure to get a positive

response you must be able to prove you made reasonable effort to go around any impediment to
that endeavor including informing the media.

Once informed of the impediment it is unconscionable and irresponsible to remain in continuance

of procedure in any matters relative to the impediment where you will be knowingly committing a
crime against another individual in defiance of his or her rights and you personally will be liable
for willful damage incurred by the individual which would not have occurred except for your
negligence of duty. That of course includes paying for your own defense and upon conviction
subject to immediate termination of employment absent of pension and charged to reimburse all
benefits received since the occurrence leading to the conviction.

I am sure your lawyer can advise you better than I, however the government lawyers are in on the
conspiracy whether they know it or not because they are advised and take their instructions from
the head conspirators and you have all been duly advised and I strongly recommend you heed
my warning in good faith.

Having said that I also advise you have been duly informed of the conspiracy and the vital role
you all play individually in continuity which you are responsible and will be held accountable for
the protection and benefits of every individual as entitled and guaranteed by the Charter.

I hope I have made it clear to every government person employed and involved in the
administering and enforcement of the Law that they are responsible to administer and enforce the
Law consistent with the Constitution conducive to the individual’s guaranteed Charter Rights and
where it is known there is an inconsistency it is your responsibility to immediately remove the
inconsistency to ensure no individual’s guaranteed Charter rights is compromised.

My guaranteed Charter rights have obviously been met with indifference and willfully trampled on
and those people I have informed who do not immediately come forward and act in appropriate
manner FFF consistent with the Constitution Act, 1982 conducive to my guaranteed Charter
Rights consistent with every individual’s guaranteed Charter Rights will be held accountable and
you can take that to the bank.

The RCMP have a sworn duty to uphold the Law of the country and their mission has been
defined and imminent and should anyone stand in their way in performance of their duty will be
charged with obstruction of justice in accordance with the Law.

Okay Commissioner William Elliot, do your stuff and don’t forget to read them their rights, as if
they have any not giving a good God damn about ours which they were paid specifically to care
about.
