Begging to be reciprocated in kind

Politicians plea for the people to elect them so they can serve them consistent with the
Constitution conducive to every individual’s guaranteed Charter rights of equal
protection and benefits.

That is mandatory yet they ignore our pleas to act competently, responsibly and
irreproachably with fortitude and conviction to every individual’s guaranteed Charter
rights of equal protection and benefits in clear defiance of the law

Reality is the truth impervious to perception yet precisely due to perception

Begging the entire Ontario government legal system personnel to perform their responsibilities to the
people consistent with the Constitution demands competent responsible irreproachable personnel with
fortitude and conviction to do so whereas when it gets to the point the people have to beg individually
for their guaranteed Charter rights or pay for them, that is extortion and humongously obvious the
government is in the hands of organized crime.

You are my Ontario Government representative and have been provided the irrefutable evidence that
the government members of the Law Society of Upper Canada who hold every position of authority are
deliberately incompetent irresponsible and reproachable with fortitude and conviction to the denial of
every individual’s guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and benefits, evidence published on the
charter Democracy Force web site www.cdf.name and affiliate sites referenced thereon.

You have been provided an extract from the July 26 2008 Saturday Toronto Star wherein the Ontario
Attorney General and prominent judges flagrantly admit their legal system is incompetent to serve the
majority of the Middle Class, admitting that they charge victims to access their charter rights as
guaranteed thereby obstructing them from accessing their rights where as they clearly demonstrate their
indifference to the Constitution and its people.

24. (1) Anyone whose rights or freedoms, as guaranteed by this Charter, have been infringed or
denied may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to obtain such remedy as the court
considers appropriate and just in the circumstances.

There can be no doubt the Toronto Star cooperates with them as they have been provided the
www.cdf.name web site also as has the Attorney General Chris Bentley who know the Charter
Democracy Force is coming after them to expose the government organized crime of the
members of the Law Society which he administers the Law Society Act and is a member but
unaccountable to the Law Society as the Attorney General.

Their only interest is money not justice consistent with the Constitution conducive to every
individual’s guaranteed Charter rights and the report prepared for the Attorney General infers the
members of the Law Society need more money thrown into the Legal Aid so they can extort more
money from the taxpayer by allowing more people to access their illegal court system scam where
justice is not achievable from such people.

They openly admit they have no intention of ensuring every individual’s guaranteed Charter rights
are equally protected and benefitted but demonstrate their unscrupulous nature and refusal to
accept their responsibility to the people.

They refer to it as a serious problem but it is far more serious than they present obviously
because they themselves are the root of the problem and are demonstrating their modus operandi
as to how their government organized crime persists successfully under the noses of the people
because the media is in on the conspiracy with them.

You have been provided copies of the 15 Lawyer Files of which Lawyer File # 5 was addressed to
you and yet you persist to not respond to the issues.

I, Frank Gallagher, one of your constituents has been severely deprived of his Charter rights
obstructed by the illegitimate refusal of the ORHT Regional Manager, Rick Hennesey, the
Coordinator of Investigations and Enforcement Unit of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and
Housing, Dave Grech and the Minister, Honourable John Gerretsen.

At this time I request that you deal with the issues referenced in Lawyer Files #s 1 – 3 that detail
their crimes against me and invariably against every individual in contravention of their legal right
to be protected equally as guaranteed by the Charter

32. (1) This Charter applies (a) to the Parliament and government of Canada in respect of all
matters within the authority of Parliament including all matters relating to the Yukon Territory and
Northwest Territories; and (b) to the legislature and government of each province in
respect of all matters within the authority of the legislature of each province.

It is imperative that you determine who is behind their irrational behaviour inconsistent with the
Constitution with due diligence to cease and desist their practice not to protect every individual as
guaranteed.

Punishment attentive to deterrence is the only viable method known of present time to assure the
people are secure from the amoral and criminal element and it is intolerable and incomprehensible
that it exists and thrives within our legal system.

Attached to this request it is imperative that you are coherent to the issues addressed to the
Ombudsman October 31 2008 and apply yourself as intended in, of and with “The Spirit of the
Law”

You will either deal with these issues consistent with the Constitution conducive to every individual’s
guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and benefit or you will be dealt with consistent with the
Constitution conducive to every individual’s guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and benefits.

If you were advised or instructed by anyone not to respond to the issues I have formerly addressed to
you or are advised or instructed now to not deal with these issues a statement signed by you naming
such persons and their titles is all that is requested of you at this time.

You may also forward a copy on to the Ombudsman but invariably they will receive a copy through me
once in my possession

The office of the Attorney General has been publicly exposed as a major player in the conspiracy
against the people and will be dealt with consistent with the Constitution conducive to every
individual’s guaranteed Charter rights of equal protection and benefits.

I suggest it would be incompetent and irresponsible of you to not distance yourself from the conspiracy
to protect yourself from the consequences about to befall them who would betray their Constitution and
its people.

You have a responsibility that only you can attend to and therefore failure to act on behalf of your
constituents and ultimately every individual in Canada will find you in dire consequences alone against
the people, an individual who will soon know the feeling of every individual who has stood alone
seeking the help they are entitled to.

Should you decide to not respond to my request with affirmative action I suggest you acquire a lawyer,
ha ha if you can find one due these peculiar circumstances willing to debate that, which is not
debateable only to demonstrate his or her actions acceptable by the Law Societies and Bar Associations
but not acceptable by the Constitution or its people invariably to provide further evidence against them
where present evidence is more than sufficient to bring them before the legal courts of the people
which will have their opportunity to reveal themselves as to where they stand with the people of the
Tower Tier.

Common Sense will prevail in “The Spirit of the Law” which is in the spirit of democracy and the
Canadian people. Self-evident
