Dear Mayor and Council

Over the past 20 months I have been corresponding with all levels of government in matters
regarding the people of Canada’s Constitutional rights guaranteed by the Charter and in fact I
have good reason to believe my writings have had significant influence in their present charade in
their performance of reform in matters of the Constitution.

The Accountability Act.

What they are doing now is all a huge waste of money as is everything they do for the modus
operandi which they have in place which I have documented proves irrefutably that they designed
it to be interpreted two ways. ONE FOR THE MONEY….TWO FOR THE SHOW

They are all involved in the biggest scandal in the History of Canada and it dramatically affects
the lives of every moral person in Canada who support and finance the Constitution which was
enacted purportedly for the purpose of eradicating immorality from society so we may all live in a
moral society where we are all equal in all matters of THE LAW.

It is quite a long story and I have a prodigious amount of evidence which proves everything of that
which I state and that which you read in the documents I will send you.

The evidence is clear and it does not require any special knowledge to comprehend it but it does
require your attentiveness to the purpose consistent in SPIRIT: Consistent in Sanity- Integrity
- Morality- Responsibility - Due Diligence - Reason – Proficiency- Purpose

This is the most serious matter you will ever have to deal with in your life time and the lives of
every moral Canadian is in your hands as they are in mine for only by chance I came upon this
evidence and only by chance I was competent in these matters to be coherent to them and follow
through to the source which must be addressed in a manner so as to reach the public immediately
before you are threatened or warned by the powers that be.

At that point you will be effectively stopped in your tracks and society will linger on under the
influence of the tyrannical powers that exist today.

The evidence that I will be providing you will be chronologically backwards and in an manner so
as to bring you up to speed and well informed on the pertinent issues so that there is no ambiguity
or misinterpretation of the evidence in matters of the law.

I have no idea of your competence in these matters but I will quickly pick up on it through our
correspondence but in an effort to save time in these matters I will forward you some of my
writings addressing matters of the Constitution so when you read the evidence you will be readily
cognizant to the significance of it in the whole scheme of things.

It is imperative that you do not consult with members of the legal profession for they are the
catalyst to the whole conspiracy as you will come to understand as you read the evidence.
It is prudent to give you a little about my background so you may address the credence of the
matters I address.

I am 64, retired August 2004 from the City of Toronto, Surveys Property Management
Department ending my 40 year career in Legal Surveying where laws, statutes, acts, rules and
regulations, by-laws, orders in councils…you name it, govern our actions in matters of
establishing and re-establishing lost boundary lines where our intent is to see that every
individuals rights to property are addressed so as to assure when we stake out their property they
get exactly what they are entitled to by LAW, no more…no less for any lack of diligence in either
respect passes the same lack of diligence onto the abutting properties.

We are kept in check by other surveyors who have the same responsibility to their clients and our
records must be kept available in perpetuity and it is incumbent upon us to ensure that no stone is
left unturned in our search for evidence in these matters which include both documentary and
physical evidence.

We are bound by law to be unbiased in our endeavors which is of course a matter of common
sense for any influence in that direction would leave us holding the bag so to speak and our notes
and plans would be evidence which would be used against when disputed.

It’s really a very simple ideology when addressed with common sense.

So anyway, in all, I began my career with the province of Ontario in 1964 and after 10 years
entered the private sector where over a period 16 years I gained experience with several
companies big and small dealing with all facets relative to the survey industry where I left my
position managing a 4 crew, 4 draftsperson office to begin my career with the City of Toronto.

I am presently dealing with a matter which involves the Mayor and the Deputy Manager of the
City which finds them in a cover up of 19 papers which I provided them in matters of corruption
and huge wastes of tax payer’s money.

That is not the matter that I am addressing to you but it does go hand in hand with the issues I am
addressing.

There is another matter which I am involved in which required the necessity of addressing it to
the Law Society of Upper Canada and the correspondence I obtained from them in this matter
coincidently supports my findings of the issues that I am presenting you in like manner as does
the cover up at the Toronto Mayor’s office.

I presume you would be attentively interested in the matters which I am about to present you
given the nature of your political careers and I suggest the manner in which you deal with these
issues will be of significant importance to your careers with obvious opportunity to leap forward
if you perform with due respect to the people who do respect you to do so and with due respect to
my ability to know at a glance where your concerns are I expect you to respect my intelligence in
these matters. You are either for the people or against with no fence in between to sit on in these
matters of such grave importance.
I have no respect for the federal or provincial government and when you have read the evidence
with the respect due you will know why and by your responses I will know your adeptness to deal
with Reality and which Reality you are in support of relative to these matters.

I am referring to the matter ONE FOR THE MONEY…..TWO FOR THE SHOW. That is the
platform of the establishment.

We the people have known this all along but unable to turn things around, but with your help we
are about to take the largest stride for all mankind with actually very little effort from you other
than to read my writings attentively for the purpose I address with special caution not to let
lawyers or members of the establishment know you are being addressed in these matters until you
are coherent to the facts.

At that time I will suggest the manner this should be dealt with so as not to be obstructed by the
establishment in every direction you take.

The Georgina.doc attachment will give you a hint and it will become clearer as you read
attentively with purpose of the purpose of the spirit of the Constitution.

All the documentation you are about to receive has been provided to all the levels of government
and by their responses and their non responses in these significant matters of concern, which
certainly concern them if they were concerned with the people who trust them to be concerned,
prove irrefutably they are all involved with the conspiracy or have pressures upon them in a
manner of a gag order which I highly expect with good reason.

In matters of the cover up there is a gag order at the city and I have a witness to support that.

I regret that I must involve you but I balance the regret in knowing that I am providing you an
opportunity to go down in history as a significant force conducive to the turning point when the
people take the reigns in support of their destinies and their children.

I have no regret to those who side with the establishment and I promise that I will be making
every effort to make this known to the public before I die which could in fact be the cause and
sooner than natural.

To this end I have distributed my evidence throughout the province untraceable through my
computer which they all are aware of, providing me personally no guaranty but the evidence is
guaranteed to surface at least upon my passing.
