2. In pairs or groups, list out other common nouns and proper nouns (Worksheet 1).
3. Do a gallery walk and get other groups to check whether the words are accepted as common nouns and proper nouns. The
group with the most correct words is given rewards.
4. Read the notes on indefinite and definite articles individually.
5. In pairs or groups, list out other words using the indefinite and definite articles (Worksheet 2).
6. Use the 2-stay 2-stray strategy to get students to share their words (2-stay) and ask others about their words (2-stray). Add new
words they learn from other groups to their own lists.
7. Complete Task 2 individually.
