MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This agreement entered into and executed this 17 th day of February 2017 at Talisay
City Pooc National High School, Pooc, Talisay City, Cebu, Philippines.

By and Between

POOC NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

MITSUKOSHI TRADING

WHEREAS, MITSUKOSHI TRADING donates three (3) units of NEUCHI Water Purifier
with Alkaline for the School.

Whereas, POOC NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL shall take responsibility to take

good care and maintain the said units.

This agreement takes effect on February 17, 2017.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties aforementioned have set their

hands on the date and placed abovementioned.

education to Filipino learners through Adopt-a-School Program of the Department of
Education, the DONOR has freely and voluntary given, transferred and conveyed by
way of donation to the DONEE, its successor and assigns free and clear of any and
all liens and encumbrances whatsoever all its rights, and title on:
