PROBLEM STATEMENT FINAL SOLUTION

How might the proper stakeholders in the Healthcare data
Kiran - AADHAAR based mobile phone application for ANMs, which allows
collection system of India collect, transfer and manage data so
her to efficiently search and record every data, which are stored orderly and
that the data can be effectively used for proper decision making,
can be accessed easily whenever neccesary. The app also allows the ANMs
epidemic prevention and research purposes.

METHODOLOGY

The project was planned out over five stages. The first phase
involved extensive study of existing literature, firstly on Healthcare
structure of Indian through distributed design and then on health-
care data flow. INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
The second phase was primary research which included identifica-
tion of stakeholders from field study, semi-structured interviews. Requirements Live
We interviewed ANMs and ASHAs from 2 nearby Sub-centres and
also stakeholders from 1 PHC.
The third phase involved analysis of the primary and secondary
research findings, while we tried to find design opportunities.During

made through multiple iterations in the Design phase.
