plan for starting that business. This is an exercise that realistically addresses the questions:
Whats involved?
What does it cost?
Where will I secure the funding?
How, when and where do I get started?
Will I need to hire employees?
What kind of employees and how many?

Tasks
1. Select a type of small business that interests you. Keep in mind the following: the
community needs and resources, local competition, funding possibilities (family assistance,
private, commercial, or public), type of business (proprietorship, partnership)
2. Write a plan for setting up your business. Write a persuasive plan so that a potential
financier would want to lend you money to reach your goals.

Develop a Business Idea, determine the feasibility of your business idea, decide
business structure, search for a business name and then provide the following details
in the 1st section of your business plan;

Business Plan Summary:


In this report we wrote about our mission statement, gals and objectives then we talked more
about the market of the customers and we did an organizational chart for the Infinity club and
we explain everything about the staff. We also wrote about the business premises,
management and ownership, key personnel and operations. We talked about our competitors
and our resources, SWOT analysis and the sales plan for our business and we wrote all the
financial details for Infinity club and we list all the Legal Compliance for our business and
we identify all the risks for Infinity Club.

Business Details:
Infinity Club is a servcie, educational and entertaiment club, and the capital will be
15,000,000 SAR to build, buy a land and for all the equipments that we need. The funding of
our companey are partnership funding so each one will pay 2,000,000 SAR and take
7.000.000 SAR as a loan from bank and pay 700.000 as payments for ten years to tha bank . I
will start bulding on 27\12\2016 and finish bulding on 2\1\2019 so we will start to bring the
materials, it will take a place at Northem Abhor, Jeddah. Infinity Club will includ a fashion
section, cooking, horse riding, swimming, dancing, beauty educate, hair care, new mothers,
climing, diving, boxing and painting gun and its only for women. I will need to hier 50
employees and devide theme between the three sections:
1. Educational.
2. Entertainment.
3. Manager maintenance.

Business premises:
We will pay 7,000,000 for building the club. The size of the shop will be 30.000 metirs and
will be one floor, the building will be divided into twelve sections an three of the sections
will be outside.

Management and ownership:
Salha have a certificate on Business Management finance and she had her work experince for
6 years, Amall have a Business and management of Entertainment certificate and she had her
work experince for 4 years, Fatimah had a certificate on Business human resourse and she
had her work experince for 7 years and Sara have a Business Management certificate and she
had her work experience in Dubi for 3 years.

Key personnel:
All the supervisor in the Intertament section have a Bachelors certificate a ccording to section
that they are working in, and the eployee have a Diploma certificate on swimming,diving,
boxing, climing, paintin guns, horse riding and dancing and all of them are gaving a work
experince in maney companeyes.
The finance supervisors and the employees just have a Diploma certificate and they all didnt
get into a work experince before.
The Educational section all the supervisor and the employee are prefionals and they have a
Bachelors certificate and they tooke their experince outside Jeddah.
All the Maintenance that are working in the club are from Labor recruitment company in
Jeddah Ospek Marok Service Company.
Its important to have a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification to work in the
human resources.
Customer Servecs it should to have a Diploma certificate and have a work experince for
minimum 2 years.
All the employee in the Events Organizer section are having a Events planner certificate and
they didnt have any work experince.

Operations:
First the doorkeeper have the keys of the club and he take care of the club frome themorning
till night, he will open the club for the cleners and the staf at 8:00 Am and and at 8:30 Am
will open the gate for the customers and they have to sign their name and choose the class
that they want to join in, the classes will start at 9:00 Am. The educational classes will take 4
hours and there is half an hour break, and for the entertainment classes will take 5 hours and
have 1 hour break. First classes will start at 9:00 Am till 2:00 Pm and then 1 hour for the
cleaners to cleane all the sections and break for the staff and then start the next clasess at 4:00
Pm till 9:00 Pm after finishing the clasess the staff will leave and the cleaners will clean
again, when they finsh the doorkeeper will check all the building to to be sure, there is no one
in the club, so he will close the gate of the club building at 11:00 Pm.

The 2nd section of your business plan must include the information explaining;

Your market and your customers:


The customer that we will be focused in is women want to learn and to be athletic. The club
didnt open a section for the disabled.

1. Demographic: The club are just for females and the ages will be from 15 years old
and above, The service will cover female needs and to find a comfortable place to
learn and to do their exercises and there is no department for the disabled.
2. Geographic: The club will take a place at Northem Abhor, Jeddah.The building is
front of the sea so the customers can do their learning and their sport in front of the sea
view and to can play painting guns and horse riding on the clean sand.
3. Psychographic: Women in Saudi Arabia cant trust any club because theyre cover
their faces from men so all the staff that we had are women so they can be comfortable
while their lessons and they can take off their veil.
4. Behavior:
The women in Saudi Arabia have a customs and traditions that are most of the ladies
stay at home all the day so our target is to attract these ladies to learn and to do sport
in the club to get healthy body.

Our competitors:

They have a facility of leaving your child up to 5 years with baby sitter, aerobics Hall, Squash
Court, Basketball, Tennis court, weight lifting machines, and treadmills equipped with TV,
bicycles and swimming pool.

They have treadmills/rowing Machines/Swimming pool, yoga, aerobics and kickboxing.

The plan for achieve from the sales of the club at the end of 2019 is to get SR 6,000,000. We
will make discount on the entertainment section and put a new strategy to increase the profit
in the year.

Mission Statement:

Our mission is to provide an Entertaining, Educational, Friendly and Inviting, Functional and
Innovative experience of uncompromising quality that meets the health and fitness needs of
the family.

Goals:

The physical education classes will provide a variety of activities which will motivate
the students and increase participation.
The physical educators will serve as role models, and demonstrate knowledge of
health, physical education and wellness.

Objectives:

To provide a safe environment where people can go and exercise and educate in pursuit of
their personal health and fitness goals.

Certificate from Ministry of health for teaching cooking.
We need to have a property contract of the land and building for build.
Certificate for owing horses and certificate for the trainer.
Certificate and promotion to dive in sea anytime.
Promotions from the Ministry of Commerce before starting build the
Infinity club.
Infinity club management should keep all those certificate and records to be
proof for governmental procedures.

Risk for your business:


1. Fire: All the staff and the customer should know our evacuation plan and we will do a
test of the evacuation plan every two months.
2. Theft: To take sure that the door keeping are closed all the doors and but security
cameras on all the building.
3. Drowning: The teachers should be aware and doing the first aid for the patient then
called the nurse.
4. Falls: cover all the ground around the swimming pool and the climbing area by sponge
so it won't be hurt if someone falls.

We will open a small clinic on the club so that we can treat and reduce injuries.

Contingency Plan:
A contingency plane is sometimes to as Plane B, because it can be also
used as alternative for action if expected results fail to materialize.
Contingency planning is a component of business continuity, disaster
recovery and risk management.

We have a proper functional contingency plan for our business. We have


insured the major assets of our company to make sure we do not sufer
huge losses of case of disaster.

All the data of the business is secured and stored at two diferent places,

business.
