1. Introduction
I want to get more profit and be known between the customers.
We wrote a survey for 60 of the customers and we asked theme about some
of handmade works and the readymade. We choose handmade work
because we want to do something new and different from the others group,
so we made bookmarks and t-shirts with written on it.
In my report I wrote about the mission and the smart objective and the
research method and research analysis. The most important part in this
report is SWOT analysis because its display all the good things that we did
and the bad and wrong things.
If we will do like this project in the future I would like to improve the writing
for the research and write more questions and I will make more advertising
and bring different things for the customers and I will make it low cost for
everyone.

1.1 Background
- I want my business in the college to know how I running my own business.
- Our competitors in the college are the cafeteria and the other groups.
- Mission statement: We made our t-shirt by lot of love and trust for our
customers and its good for the hot days and we want you to be beautiful
and more comfortable on it.
- Smart objective: I want to achieve 80% of profit by the end of the Bazar
by selling more t-shirt and bookmarks.

Our group did the research for the Bazar at Nescot College on Sunday

Our Companys did a marketing research through Questionnaire to students
and teachers for small business at Nescot College. We did 60 samples for our
customers to choose between the handmade or the readymade. From the
chart we can see that our customers liked the t-shirts more than the
bookmarks.

From the table you can see that 60% of the customers choose the handmade
and we asked them about bookmarks and t-shirts and 40% liked the t-shirts
and 20% liked the bookmark so our company decide to design t-shirts and
bookmarks like what our customers interesting in.

From the charts you can see that most of the customers choose shopping
online and liked the accessories more and inspiration writing on the
bookmarks.

2.6 Market Segmentation and Targeting


Geographic: Our store was in Jeddah, at Nescot College in the

and wants and all the t-shirts was for people from age 18-25.

Psychographic: You can use our t-shirts and bookmarks at any


time on your day.

Behavior: The Product from our company its high quality and
low price and the loyalty for our product.

Targeting: We made t-shirts, must of the buyers was from 18-


22 and the price for the t-shirts was 50RS and some of it was
45RS and we bring different sizes for all the customers.

2.7 Marketing Mix
Product: Our brand name is (HANDMADE), and we made it by our
hands and our
T-shirts and bookmarks from high quality. We serviced our customers
quickly and we didnt made any discounts.

Price: Our price was good for most of our customers we sale the t-
shirts for 45-50 and the bookmarks for 10-15.

Place: We made our Bazar in Jeddah at Nescot College outside the


auditorium.

Promotion: We made procure and we put it at the College before the


Bazar for two days and we wear a samples for the t-shirts.

2.8 Market strategy


Our group used to sale t-shirts and bookmarks and we made business
cards for our customers who buy from our store. One of us wear a
sample for the t-shirt for two days so all the t-shirts were sale but not
all the bookmarks and we got good profit for our group.

From the table you can see that we had good profit in our business.

2.9 Results and Conclusion


We had good profit because all the work was by our hands because this, our
worked go well and our group was so organized and we helped each other. If
we will do like this project in the future I will be more helpful and we will
make more things for our customers. I got more performance about how I
drive the work and finish it in the right time and get more experience in
business.
