Abstract

Total Quality management is not a technique but its a holistic philosophy of a


company that goes over everywhere around the organization with an-intend to
provide the organizations customers with products and services that satisfy
their specific needs. For every business success depends on its quality
structure and its important for every business to set their quality standards in
order to meet their customer needs and for their long term success. In this
essence there are a lot of quality standards but in this case we are focusing on
ISO 9001 & ISO 14000 and we had to examine these standards on FAUJI
FERTILIZER BIN QASIM against the back drop of Total Quality
Management.
