come to acquire this specific some characteristics that I consider
knowledge? as fundamental bases for my
personality.

Ive gained these skills through my

job as an RA, my education classes,
and being the oldest of five children.

What skill sets do you feel most I am most proud of my conflict

proud of at this point in your life? management and active listening
How did you come to develop these skills. I have practiced this during my
skills? time as an RA, as well as growing up
with my siblings.

What experiences do you feel best My time as an RA hasnt been long in
