Sub: Reminder request for updation of our company name from M/s Saumya DSM
Infratech Ltd. to M/s. Sanwariya Gas Ltd.

Dear Madam,

This has reference to the above cited request letters and meetings regarding consideration
of our request of updating our company name from M/s Saumya DSM Infratech Ltd. to
M/s. Sanwariya Gas Ltd.

Further, as per the discussion and as desired by the board, the certified individual
shareholding prior and post name change has already been submitted for your kind
perusal.

Its an undeniable fact that due to not acknowledging our request for name change
CCOE/PESO department is not issuing the valid/renewed licenses which is impacting
our operations. For your kind information and ready reference letters issued by CCOE
are also being annexed as Annexure-I Colly.

Hence, we once again earnestly request Board to expedite the matter and issue us a
formal communication of acceptance in this regard.
