cement.It also has some limitation in its
working process which gives birth to a
problem. No organization in the world is
100% but yhose at the top is close to it .
Ambuja being a cement company has some
competitors in the market like Aditya Birla
Group which has its products Ultratech
which is one of the major competitors in the
market. These are some major problems of
Ambuja Cement which I am going to
highlight here.
It has to increase its efficiency and
effectiveness over other cement in the
market.
It has to be reasonable in price and
good in quality accordingly.
It has to be increase its reach to the
customer globally.
