In many parts of the world a lack of education and not having a job will lead to theft. For

example individuals who are living in poverty may choose to commit theft so they can provide

for their family. I think that it is crucial that young people are well-educated and employed, so

they would not have to steal.

Education is very important for children from a young age. It is very important that youth

are provided with education from the government, so they are more likely to find a job in the

future. For example, some jobs require skills that only schools will provide like lawyers, doctors,

or engineers, and people who have those jobs have stable income money to provide for their

family and themselves. By going to schools to learn the knowledge to apply for stables jobs,

many people will have the necessity. If individuals dont acquire jobs the crimes rate would

increase as reported by New Republic, that in 2008 in the US, there were a crisis in the financial

systems which causes inflation, unemployment and other problems, this has led to an increased

in many bank robberies, so this information showed that unemployment can cause crime

(Plumber, 2010).

In Vietnam, low socio-economics status is one of the main causes of crime. From a young

age, children who are from a socio-economic background, are force to do work which would

help the family survive and they are unable to attend school, so they will become uneducated.

When these children grow up, they lack the knowledge or experience to find a good job so they

may be forced to steal in order to survive. In Vietnam, family whose parent that gamble and falls

into heavy debts, will be in poverty which the child who grow up in that environment will be

influence by negative factors and possibly dropping out of schools to commit crime, such as

robbery, to pays for their parents debts.

In conclusion I believe that going to school from a young age will help young citizen

easier to find job, and also family background also affect the child to choose theft as an

alternative, so they can survive.
