Interview Questions

1. I attend California State University, Northridge as an Accounting major. I am an international

student form Hong Kong. Courses that I have taken that benefit my major in Accounting,
Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting. Also, I am a hardworking and a quick learner.
2. I am always passionate in financial industry. I want to work as a financial analyst in your
corporation, as I am really interested in working in such a large entertainment company like
yours. Being a financial analyst in your company, I will be able to participate in the merger and
acquisition event, and also doing the capital budgeting in different big projects, which are
fascinated.
3. I believe I am a strong candidate with strong financial background, I am really familiar with
capital market, and other financial modelling and valuation skills. Also, I am a fast learner in
computer software, I would be able to learn the internal data system quickly.
4. Besides my academic relevance, my biggest asset is my experience in entertainment industry. I
used to work as an intern in Dreamwork film company, I was able to learn a lot of details in this
industry. My experience in working in corporation would also allow me to pick up the work
smoothly in your company, and I can bring more innovation to your company.
5. CSUN is always my target school since I was a junior in high school. I have always been
interested in studying in accounting, and knowing more about finance in particular. CSUN offers
student a reputable accounting program, and the professors in accounting school are really
experienced and well-educated.
6. My major is accounting. I choose accounting as my major is because I enjoy to solve the problem
and analyze information.
7. Extracurricular activities that I have participated in while in college include volunteering at San
Mateo Linos Club.
8. My greatest strength is my ability to communicate with every customer. I can handle different
kind of our client.
9. My greatest weakness is that I will complaint myself after work. How can I do it better?
10. For me I have not handle conflict with a co-worker, supervisor or customer. I remember once in
school, I work with my groupmate but we have different idea, finally we still reached the
agreement.
11. The next three to five year, my career goals will be at least management level in your company.
