Squat Cage

The measurements within this text and 2D documentation are given both in millimeters and
inches (in brackets). This website is based on ISO measurement unit system, which is the
international standard. I apologize to the people who use other measurement units; but I believe that
measurements given in millimeters and inches should be adequate for everyone who would like to
build this project.
Besides that, on todays Internet it is easy to purchase the ruler that contains all the measurement
units and thus overcome the difficulties of any kind.

Use various tools and clamps in process of welding, so you could weld the items together with
accuracy.

Assemblage Instruction

- Stand Subassembly

1. Before you start welding, you should drill the holes with diameter 10,5mm on the following items:
Rectangular Tubing 60x40x4mm, Cut Lenght 1138,45mm (item 1.02) and Rectangular Tubing
60x40x4mm, Cut Lenght 1287,55mm (item 1.04).

2. Weld the Cover 60x40mm (item 5) to the Rectangular Tubing 60x40x4mm, Cut Lenght 1138,45mm
(item 2).

3. Weld the Weight Holder (item 7) to the assembly made in the previous step.

4. Weld the Bottom Sheet (item 6) to the Rectangular Tubing 60x40x4mm, Cut Lenght 588,45mm
(item 1).

5. Weld the subassembly made in step 2 to the subassembly from the previous step.

6. Weld the Bottom Sheet (item 6) to the Rectangular Tubing 60x40x4mm, Cut Lenght 1287,55mm
(item 4).

7. Weld the subassembly from step 4 to the subassembly made in the previous step.

8. Weld the Cover 60x40mm (item 5) on the Rectangular Tubing 60x40x4mm, Cut Lenght 1186,14mm
(item 3).

9. Weld the subassembly made in the previous step to the the subassembly made in step 6.

11. Weld the Cover D25,4mm (items 9) to the Round Tubing D25,4x3,2mm Cut Lenght 340,00mm
(item 8).

13. Weld the Sheet 120x40mm (items 2) to the Rectangular Tubing 60x40x4mm, Cut Lenght 1050,00
(item 1).

14. Fix these three subassemblies to the subassemblies made in step 13 using Spring Lock Washer A-10
(item 3), Hexagon Nut M10 (item 4) and Hexagon Head Screw M10x80mm (item 5).

- Weight Set Subassembly

1. Weld the Delimiter (item 2) to the Round Tubing D31,8x6,3mm (item 1).
