Player 1 starts with the ball near half court. There is a chair or defender at the 28ft mark and elbow and the coach is in front o f the rim. Player 1 makes a change o f direction move at the first chair, dribbles t o the second chair and makes a second change o f direction move and then finishes with a lay up at the basket against the coach challenging. Repeat drill for set number o f reps or for time.
