ENGINEERING MANAGER and OPERATIONS MANAGER for a (Tier 1 automotive) truck brake OEM and
remanufacturing site (2 plants). 800 direct employees, non-union.
First operations experience, worked directly with customers on delivery and quality issues.
Used six-sigma process improvement techniques to DMAIC part of the reman disassembly process.
