1. INVENTORY - BUNDLES

Legend Bundles enable you to sell extra items when registering for a course/program via Legend Sports Courses.

These are the steps to configure them.

Log into Legend Back Office and select Configuration

Under General Settings, Select Inventory

You will be presented with the Bundles screen where you will see any Bundles you have already created. To
add a new one, select Create Bundle

A window will display asking you to name your new Bundle and add new extras to it;
Another window will then display where you add details for your new Bundle. First, select the inventory of
the item you want to add

A further window will display where you can search using key words for the item/inventory you wish to
use

Once you have selected the inventory you want to use, it will take you to where you can name the item
(the name here is what is displayed in FOH and online when the extra is being sold). You can also choose
the quantity. If you want the item to be one add-on, of If the customer can choose to purchase multiples
of the extra.

When a sports course is sold, the process is as normal however once added to the basket, a pop up message
appears prompting the sale of your sports course extra. You can see here the name shows as Manual as this
is how we named our extra.
So you have successfully created your Bundle. Now you need to add it to your courses. This is done in the
configuration of your sports course template.

Begin by navigating to Sports Courses in Back Office

Click Configuration

Select the discipline of the course you would like to add the bundle to and select Configuration
Select Templates

Find the template you wish to add your bundle to and select Actions > Edit Template

A window will display. Scroll down to the option Bundle and select the Bundle you wish to use and then
Save Changes

Your Bundle is now added to all the sports courses which use this template. You can edit everything you have
done at any time.
2. USER DEFINED FIELDS FIELDSETS

Click the app drawer icon (3x3 grid) at the top right and select the Configuration Module.

Once the Configuration module has loaded >> Select User Defined Fields.

2.1. FIELD DEFINITIONS

The Field Definitions are used to create questions that youd like to ask when a customer registers for a camp.

Select User Defined Fields >> Field Definitions >> Add new.

Prompt: Is the question you want to ask.


Enabled: Tick to enable or untick to disable.
Type: String is free text // DropDown allows you to have a drop down list of answers
(click add new option) // Bool is a true or false answer.

2.2. FIELDSETS

The Fieldset is used to group the field definitions (questions) together so that they may all linked to a camp.

Select User Defined Fields >> Fieldsets >> Add new >> Enter a Name & Prompt Text (optional).

Select Actions >> Edit on the previously created Fieldset >> Select Add Existing Field >> Pick your
question from the drop down list & repeat as required.

You can tick to make the question required and change the ordering >> Click Save when complete.
