CORRIGENDUM

1. The Request for Expression of Interest (E01) issued with ref no. OllOSDIECIEIA
Consultants/2017, Dated: 22 .04.2017 is renamed as Request for Proposal with the
additional scope of work as follows:
As 07-05-2017, being a Sunday, the revised date for submission of proposals in a
sealed cover, project wise, is extended to 10-05-2017 to reach the undersigned by
15:00 hrs on 10-05-2017. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 16;00 hrs.

2. Brief Scope of Work

A broad scope of work is to carry out EIA Study/Obtaining Environmental Clearance

from MoEF&CC for the proposed Irrigation projects:

The Irrigation &CAD Department, Government of Telangana intends to hire a

consultancy flflll to the above mentioned assignments. Accredited EIA Consulting
organizations, approved NABET/QCI for Category A Projects may bid for the projects with
additional Reference (TOR) and submit technical and LillaH'"''''' proposals. study
will be carried out for the following two modules.

MODULE-I: Technical Proposal

A. Obtaining, ToR, from MoEF&CC (only for the projects mentioned at serial No 3 &4
above namely Dindi Irrigation Scheme and Palamuru Rangareddy Lift Irrigation
Scbeme. In respect of projects at serial No 1 &2, EAC of MoEFCC has already
approved ToRs oftbe projects on 03-03-2017

MODULE-IT - Financial Proposal:

Lump sum amount in Indian Rupees shall be quoted for each project separately
in a sealed cover.

3. Qualification Criteria

Introductory letter on letter head (with complete contact details - Name of

contact person, mailing address, telephone, fax, email etc.,); explaining how the
organization is best to deliver the task.
Organization profile.
Last three years audited annual report and three years financiaJ statement.
Short note aJong with photographs on similar projects taken up by the
consultant organization.
Copy of valid certificate of accreditation issued by Quality Council of India /
National Accreditation Board for Education & Training.
The firm should have annual turnover of at least Rs.2.0 Crores during anyone
year from last three financiaJ years.
The selection of consultant organization IS based on Quality & Cost Based
Selection (QCBS) procedure.
