TECHNICAL ANALYSIS USING FIBONACCI

AND CLOUDS

It seems that the index followed the trend line set by the Fibonacci Fan, and is showing signs that the
earlier reaction will be followed. We will know that the index is bound to fall again the moment the support
at 6760 fails. There is, however, a catch: Should the 6666.66 level managed to hold as support, there is
still a very strong possibility that the bulls would take control of the situation. I noticed a strong
convergence of Fibonacci in that level, hence the above statement. However, should it fail, then there is
no stopping this from retesting 5700 level again.

While everyone is bearish nowadays, i think its about time we reassess the blues once again. Im not
saying this will happen, but were only looking at the probability based on a long term view of the chart.

You may wonder why some of the TP we set here seems to be very high. These are some of the
stocks on my list that ive been monitoring for the past month that still havent shown any
movement yet, but may get triggered anytime. The TP may change still, but these are worth
monitoring.
