TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rate Applicable Please note that the rates quoted above are based on the period and no. of
persons provided and may differ if there are changes. This quotation is not
valid for other bookings.

Cut-Off Date Rates and details that provided in this quotation would only be valid until
30 July 2011 (7 days prior to function date).

Mode of payment

The Hotel required an initial 50% deposit from the estimated total amount as payment upon
confirmation. The balance of the estimated amount is to be fully settled in fourteen (14)
working days prior to the date of function (optional if agreed by both parties).
Deposit paid is non-refundable.

Payment Options:-

If payment facilities have not been establish with the hotel, full payment is required at the end
of function/event.
Overdue payment will be charged an interest fee of 1.25% every month.

Credit Application

Should you wish to apply for credit facilities, we would please to forward you with a credit
application. Please be advised that credit is subject to approval. We required one month prior
to the event to process your application.
We accept payment with Credit Card.

Event Postponement
In the event of postponement, the following conditions will apply:
1. Up to three (3) days prior to event.
From signing of this agreement to 3 days prior to event date, no penalty will be imposed to
the organizer.
2. Up to one (1) day from the event date.
A penalty charge of an amount equal to 50% of the entire booking will be levied.

Event Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:
1. Up to seven (3) days prior to event date:
From signing of this agreement to 3 days prior to event date, no penalty will be imposed to
the organizer.
2. Up to event date:

 In the event of cancellation on the event date, a penalty charge of an amount equal to the
entire package is levied.

Acceptance of Agreement
Contained in this agreement are the detailed commitments and arrangement to be provided for your
event. To enable us to provide maximum service, any requirements beyond the level of these
commitments should be indicated upon return of signed copy of this agreement to the Hotel.
Organizer obligations pertinent to deposits and cancellation terms are also embodied in this
agreement. Once exercised, changes will be agreed upon between the Organizer and the Nuriz Palace
Hotel Sungai Petani.

The contents of this agreement meet with my approval, as an authorized representative, I consider all
arrangement definite and confirmed as stated herein. Compliance with this agreement is subject to
acts of god, wars, disasters or other emergencies beyond the control of either party.
